Are you anywhere near Worcestershire Tillson? I'd be happy to let you use one of our old Demo Panasonics to help isolate the problem...

The two thicko's at Onbike have just released their new Website today-hope it doesn't get attacked by Robots or i'll have to get the rubber mallet out....

    Best warranty

That Pro Connect is a fantastic deal, and i've not seen another Bosch performance motor anywhere near that price!

    Best warranty

Only ever seen it on Panasonic batteries...the Ansmann batteries don't have it even though I THINK they use Panansonic cells in their batteries. I don't think the copy Panasonic's have hibernation either-don't recall seeing the Raleigh (derby cycles) batteries shutting down, but i may be...

    Best warranty

Best Battery warranty i've seen is Ansmann 3 year. Our best selling bike for the last 4 years in a row is BH Emotion City 700 (step through) which utilises a Panasonic system-only had a few issues over the years, and most of those were user related..ie. dropped or left discharged. Only 2 year...

I've been stopped by the police today :(

Or you could just not break the law and stop at the red light, saving you money, saving the Police officers time and not potentially causing an accident.

    Tektro brakes

That's great! Definitely worthwhile in that case.

    Tektro brakes

You would still need to fill it with fluid if it was new though, or is it sold prefilled?

    Tektro brakes

It's a screw fitting.Pull the outer plastic cover back to expose a threaded collar...think it's a 7mm spanner needed. You may well need to replace the Olives if they are overly compressed...you will probably need this kit...

    Cube hybrid 2014

You're very brave to order an expensive purchase without trying it or anything similar! Kalkhoff is a good brand though, so i'm sure it'll be fine...

Looking for commuter bike for myself and wife

The Grace Easy would indeed give you a decent workout whilst allowing you to choose to arrive unflustered, as long as you dial your effort back a bit and rely on the bike to do the hard work. It's easy to push as hard as you normally would on an unassisted, which would mean you would arrive at...

    Hello from East Yorkshire

Must say that it's pretty much 50/50 gender split on sales in our shop....there may not be as many women club cyclists, but there are certainly a lot of female leisure cyclists out there.

something good to say about BH service :)

Glad to hear that you're back in action on the Neo...I guess you must now have the latest Dapu in, which I found was a marked improvement over the earlier incarnations of Neo-I found them quieter and a bit more pokey too.

something good to say about BH service :)

The Xtrem is still a current model...on the second page of Neo's on the BH site....now called Xtrem Lite which refers to the fact that it has the 9Ah rather than the 12Ah battery.
