As ever, it comes down to personal choice....I really enjoyed the firm ride of Carbon forks. I found the Race to be responsive and light on the steering, unlike many of the other ebikes i've ridden, making it really easy to control and avoid many of the potholes...but when one slipped through...

I also have ridden the Neo Race a fair bit, and agree it's a lovely ride. I might have preferred drop handlebars though..... p.s. I'll try and find a smaller picture of the Carbon next time, that one was a bit in your face;)

I can confirm that the Step through KTM Dual we took receipt of this week has welding every bit as good as the Haibike, and is very competetive price for such a well spec bike.

I believe it was from outside his place of work....also no insurance unfortunately.

Hi everyone... More unfortunate news- Just had word from a customer of ours that purchased a Neo 29er in August that it was stolen today. They took the bike minus the console/display, battery keys and charger...so not really any good to them.:mad: If any Emotion dealers could please...

Just to add my tuppence worth to this thread....BH did indeed have problems with their rear wheels on the first generation of Neo bikes. They had a faulty batch of spokes originally which have all been replaced under warranty when evident...and then a faulty batch of bearing washers on some of...

In our defence, we're less than 15 mins from Junction 6 of M5, 1 right turn and 2 lefts off the A449...I'd say that's very accessible...though in fairness, customers have been known to roam the trading estate for days upon end, tiring from dehydration and finally arriving with a wild look in...

I enjoyed my ride on the Smart very much, and it is the perfect bike for town and gentle country...i found 3 gears adequate, though not perfect. I personally prefer the Grace Easy though...which is the same bike underneath the Smart styling in all but the frame shape and weight(5kgs less)-and...
