    Help & Advice Please.

Speed is what you want, yes - but its not the speed that makes it risky from an insurance and liability issue. its the fact that you haven't got tax, insure or MOT for it that makes it illegal, not the fact that you'll be doing x MPH.

That all makes total sense, apart from you're missing the point totally!!! I assume, you tax and insure your car and it has a valid MOT. If so all your comments about being a rebel and eventually the world will conform are invalid, because you're comparing apples and oranges. Its not about the...

Can I just point out that if you're riding off-road you're still going to have to abide by the law, there is no difference using it off or on-road in the UK. In reality offroad is more likely to cause you problems, and cause the rest of us problems. So by all means use illegal eBikes off road...

Just a word of warning... you've also said: and this makes is sound like you might be selling multiple eBikes, and have a facebook page / group for the selling of eBikes. If so it could be viewed by a small claims court that you are in fact running a business. It doesn't have to be...

    Leaving the EU

So you're saying we leave the EU, become more economically successful because that's part of the leave argument... and then for some reason the illegal non EU immigrants will want to stop coming here? We do control our borders, that's why they have to sneak in illegally!

    Leaving the EU

I'm not going to bother reading the rest of your post because this first bit shows a real lack of understanding of the issues. Your confusing your issues, and therefore the solutions. The people who arrive illegally, are not from the EU. If they are from the EU they can walk in legally. So...

    Leaving the EU

Have you been to Malaga?? Do we really want all those Brits abroad back? What they've done to Spain is far worse that what anyone has done to London. There are loads of Brits in the rest of Europe, that might have to come back if your ideas happen. Borders are only temporary in the big...

Yes, its a simple swap of the hoses, you just need an 8mm spanner to do it. Very easy job, that the store should have done before releasing the bike. Just don't pull the levers when the hoses are disconnected and its a simple job.

All KTM's are built for the world market, so yes reverse to the UK way. However no UK dealer should be sending them out with them that way round. They should be changed before you ever see a bike. So yes, if you've got the wrong way round, you've been let down by the dealer. Sorry!

Failed on my first big hill

we've got 2016 panasonic hub motors and Bosch CX motors in stock at our place. If you're used to riding one, you can always find benefits with the other and vice versa, its why we do both. There is no perfect solution, and certainly not something you can say one is better than the other. You...

Ok, next time we do a trade show, you're more than welcome to come on our stand. At the Bike Place Show at Silverstone a month ago which was the last time we were out and about, the Foresty Commission Wales came to speak to us about the problem, and what they and we could do about it. It wouldn't have been, because its made up. See my conversations with the magazine who printed it. Which I posted before starting that thread... where I said: "Hi Mark, do you have any news on this case? I have a feeling I know which one it is, and if im correct it didn't involve an spedelec...

So you're saying we (as an industry - this isn't just me, or even KTM on this) shouldn't be working with the Bicycle Association and the Motorbike Association and stand together with other business who are working for best practice in the industry to protect customers, and create a level playing...
