    Spokes for 26" BPM

The lacing of your wheel looks kind of iffy to me, especially the angle at the nipple is indeed very strange. Where did they break, there? My Mxus is laced in 1 cross in a 26" with 12g or 13g spokes (can't mesure just now) but the angle at the hub is decent. I am going to lace it into a 28" rim...

This is the current best road legal light you can buy for silly money: https://www.bike24.com/1.php?content=8;product=191363;menu=1400,1410,1411;mid%5B303%5D=1 High beam / low beam s-pedelec approved and stamped daytime running LEDS 400 € + shipping... Of course you need the tail light with...

    Over volting 36v hubs.

You can start with one and move up to the other. I think 6S x 2 is the best option: 20% more speed and a little more power. 44.4 V x 17 Amps looks to be the best compromise between power and range.

You will need a motor with an external controller. I will over volt the GSM to 12S to up the cadence a little, at the moment I spin too fast for it. Even then I will need to use a 48V controller to have a reasonable LVC of 3.45 V per cell which is kind of low for LiPo but not in the danger zone...

Just imagine down the bar: "What kind of e-bike do you ride?" "A Bugatti..." I agree with d8veh looks like a pretty good system but then again he was a pretty good designer. If only he didn't design all his own nuts and bolts too...

Interesting read. Not the same historical information that I have read - didn't the Japanese (Yamaha, Panasonic) invent mid motor pedelecs before Bosch?

It will only shrink down so far, once it is tight stop heating.

    S06S controller - unidentified connector

You only need a brake sensor on the rear brake. I would put it on the other hand than the one using the throttle personally. If you drop the throttle you don't need brake sensors with the Q100 and the KT controller.

    New Bafang BBS02 DPE-12 display

The holy grail! Now if they only made one of those for a KT controller... The design is pretty ugly maybe it can be taken apart and the internals put in a 3D printed case... From what we see it has the basic needs: assistance level, battery level and the three buttons. I think the BT light is...

    40 mile round trip commute - 20mph - help please :)

Bad assembly. Have you no way of insuring they don't move again? Short story: I was charging my batteries the other day when one of the two outlets on the power supply failed. I took it appart and scratched my head, both outlets were fed by the same wire. Then I noticed a loose nut on one...
