Interesting I have seen many of these on ebay , aliexpteess etc. They are solar storm copies. Either 2 or 3 led but I've only ever seen them as made to run off 8.4v dc packs or 5v usb. I have 2 currently and 2 I have killed over time. I'll be keen to see how they hold up to the heat generated...
