Both my lights on my Agattu are also dynamo powered. The rear light stays lit for 4 mins after cycling stopped - safety precaution, when stopped at traffic lights for example. Would this safety feature require a battery? I've had my bike since Dec. I did'nt think the spec had changed?

Thanks for the advice gents. I think I'll try out the cheaper option, ie padded shorts, first. I'd never heard of the "comfort saddle ". Looks interesting though. Weather permitting, I was planning on a 40mile round trip this month, so I need to get something to soften the ride!

Paul, any recommendations of makes or suppliers of padded shorts/underwear? I find that after an hour I need a break because of a stiff posterior. My saddle is soft and has a sprung post, so maybe some additional padding could give some relief!

Flecc, no disagreement with what your pointing out here, but are these repairs within the statutory guarantee period? i.e. do they come under section 48B of the Sale of Goods Act? Often it is not so much what is said as is what is not said. Don't believe me, ask any politician!
