How do you ride your Ebike for Max distance

I'm over 61 and my natural cadence is about 70. My EPO comes from Navarra at the moment and in 75 cl bottles. A bit smoother than the Rioja and cheaper too at 1.87€ the bottle...

    Batteries too expensive!!

Ride it until the men in white coats don't let you outside any more :) Of all the bikes I have seen in the flesh the Yamaha powered Giants are the ready built ones that I like the most. Of course I prefer to roll my own but if I had the cash...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Where are you going to plant the olive trees? Trump is going to look after the weather so they will probably grow in Scotland...

So more movement = faster wear of the bushes it would seem? I left the cover on because of sand and salt charged air.

    Rd electrick

My first "MTB" bike had slick 1.95" Michelin tyres. The advantage of the wider slick tyres is they grip in the corners like fly paper so once you are used to them you have a lot more confidence on the bike and chucking it about at speed. Braking is greatly improved too, important when your bike...

A quick release on that wheel and a removable box and you are all set to roll out the babies :D maybe not in this weather

    Oxygen E mate MTB13AH

All the shims on bike-discount.de are aluminum and most cost less than 4€, lucky me my free frame was the right size :D I am using the neoprene cover after reading about @Nealh's bushing problems but am worried that it will in fact keep the damp salty sea air in there...

    Stopping Tapatalk email alerts

I had set up a filter to direct alerts to the forums tab in Gmail. Works fine with e-mail from the forum but tapatalk ignores the filter and sends them to various other places seemingly at random...

    Oxygen E mate MTB13AH

I think that if you go too soft it will feel bouncy like those pogo stick seat posts. I left mine stock because I am about (before the feasts in any case...) the average weight for the factory setting. Most of the time it doesn't move but any bump is smoothed and coming down off the...

    Vintage road bike brakes

I would be too scared to put a motor in that fork... You could fit a magura hydraulic road bike brake if the rims are OK. The price will make your eyes water, a lot...

Cable tie it to the bottom of the shock. You should always have a couple of cable ties in your kit.

Help needed to find new bike £500 or less

You have to open the battery to see the cells. If you do wear it out you can have it recelled with higher capacity cells so it could be a 12.8 Ah battery. Your weight estimation is correct. The controller is in the end of the battery holder.

How do you ride your Ebike for Max distance

d8veh has posted the answer a few times on the forum: turn of the assistance :) I don't do "riding for fun", I do getting from point A to point B so the first thing I did was plan for a battery that would get me there and back over my longest commute which is to the city. However as of late I...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

You are creeping very close to the red line there OG... I think you must be reading too many tabloids! That is the kind of sentence Farage and his worshipers would write. A little reminder: Islam is the second largest religion with results from the United Kingdom Census 2011 giving the...
