    Brexit, for once some facts.

Unfortunately for your theories I live in a trans-frontier zone and all public tenders in building are zapped up by either cheaper Spanish and even Portuguese building companies or the historical big building company who gets whatever it wants using big fat enveloppes slipped into the...

Woosh I bought from you because you are in the EU and not in China! I am calling BS on your ideas about the EU, that won't stop me thinking good things about your products and service.

Never heard of David and Goliath? I have taken business from larger companies. I did it by providing best value for money, personalised answers to niche market questions, lower prices in one case because I didn't have the overheads the large competitor had... I even trained a competitor on...

I'm not sure I have ever been up the Nevis, there aren't an awful lot of roads around there... I have spent a lot of time all around in the more civilised parts of Central Otago though, used to go ice skating on the small lake just north of Alexandra. And of course up every weekend in fruit...

I agree with many of your points d8veh, I am trying to look at it with a critical eye. The world needs more of these vehicles. We also need a better law to cater for them as well. Low pollution individual transportation is in fashion but legislation prevents many interesting ideas getting to...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Being able to compete on an EU wide basis for public tenders has improved things and helps fight the corruption we once had. Here in the Basque country old style cronyism corruption still operates in the public sector, we need more EU competition not less!

    New battery conditioning.

Sometimes the electronics want to know what completely charged is and what completely flat is. They then use that data to show you the stupid bars on the LCD which, despite your efforts, will still be just as lame at showing you how much charge you have left...

If price is the only factor, yes. If on the other hand you push the after sales service side (that is what you guys are best at after all!) and local jobs etc. They do have a special language and once you have pierced its secrets and can communicate on the same level it is relatively easy.

I have won public tenders against large companies, I won by offering personalized services they couldn't offer. Public tenders require a little bit of cunning but it can be done.

What gearing do you have on the bike? The rear hub Mxus on level 5 has no problems with 10% climbs if you are in the right gear.

You know this one from endless sphere D8ve? This is the equivalent body size to the Sinclair. Now this guy is working on a new version. The one above is 341 W @ 40 km/h, the new lower front surface area one is 140 W at 40 km/h. He uses the Norwegian "250 W" stamped 750 W Bafang BBS motor...

I took the time to look and found this page http://www.grantsinclair.com/en/e-bike/iris-extreme.html Lots of things wrong with this concept, where to start... Aerodynamics: too much frontal area, sure it is better than a push bike but much worse than a vélomobile designed for speed. There is...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

My business failed, I didn't blame the EU, I blamed the banks. France now has quite decent small business legislation with better protection from banker abuse but it came a little bit too late for me. It doesn't have anything to do with the EU, it is French legislation. I have found work...

The secret of the price is "Extra safe, ski crash helmet body tech" which translates to vacuum formed ABS in a lot of cases. They do seem to love their ABS the Sinclairs! And you can buy an AZUB rolling trike chassis for 1890€. Mate the two, add a 750 W BBS02 and Bob's your uncle. Is that his...

No, that is very cheap, a hand made vélomobile starts at about 6000 €, 8-10 k€ being the price for the best ones.
