Are you sure you need bigger rotors? I'm on the large side and have similar brakes on one of my bikes. While they aren't the best, they are perfectly adequate. If you insist then you should be OK with adapters (if it IS mount) and bigger rotors. Last time in went from 160 to 203 I just got...

You'll need to be a bit careful, as (IIRC) it has a quil stem, with a 1" steerer. Finding suspension forks for these is harder as most are designed for mountain bikes, which use a bigger tube. Have you tried using balloon tyres instead? Schwalbe Big Apple or Fat Frank give a very smooth ride...

Its not quite as simple as that. Batteries are rated in Amp-Hours, which is a measure of capacity. Like a car fuel tank, the bigger it is the farther you can go between refills. That's as far as the analogy goes though. A Battery has a maximum current output. This relates to how big it is...
