Cycle rage - do you suffer

I think I suffer from cycle rage instead of road rage sometimes. Is there a cure or some pills I can take? Like chill out pills? I have been cycling to work and back for the best of 6 years or so 7.5 miles there and back. Normal aspirated bike now electric since last July as my knee has...

DOGS - The Bane of my Life

I agree 100% with this one. The dog is very clearly the more intelligent than the owner sometimes.

DOGS - The Bane of my Life

Hi Bob Nice to hear from someone in Swindon. You are right about the mixture ie Akers Way etc. We normally travel from West Swindon to Dorcan. I didn't know about 'shared space' though. We might bump into each other one day.

DOGS - The Bane of my Life

CHiPs Flecc. This is what I look like on a normal day. I think if I smiled it wouldn't make no difference I am terrifying no matter what. My mate thinks I look like CHiPs from the TV series when I am on my bike. Just need some tight cream trousers and a few badges anyone got any?

DOGS - The Bane of my Life

I was riding in this morning and the cycle lane is divided into two one for pedestrians and one for cycles. A man was walking his dog on a lead with his back to me in the pedestrian area, all well and good there. I was about to go past when the dog decided to go into the cycle lane as they...

    Nearly a Donor

Just posted to the times (safety for cyclists Times campaign) even though a couple of people on this website think it was my fault? I am a car driver as well and give due dilligence to cyclists but this was out of order. Probably get banned now. Let the battle commence. Thats the cider...

    Nearly a Donor

To be fair the last thing on my mind was indicating or looking back after being intimidated like he was doing. He was revving his van madly so I knew he was there and was such a close call I was just happy to get out of the way. I looked back earlier and idicated to get in the middle of the...

    Two Batterys

I know my Blocking Diode 30A Schottky Wind Generator Solar Panel | eBay were a bit of a b*gger to solder and they look like leftovers from sputnik but hey I gave it a go. If its working or not? Well I can say it's working for now. Sometimes I charge one battery and not the other due to work...

    Two Batterys

I have two different batteries one from Ezee (original getting old li-poly) and the second from BMSbattery (new from china li-po4) so I thought by adding the diode it would stop cross charging no matter what state of charge the battery is in. Might be overkill but with the expense of batteries...

    Road rage

I find that Tesco's carparks I nearly have an accident everyday due to people not looking in their mirrors. They just look out for cars if they do. Lucky enough the cars are going slow and so am I so I tend to avoid them. I do cuss a lot though.

    Nearly a Donor

My mate was following me the other day and this happened. This was a close call and another inch I would have been a donor if he would have clipped me with his mirror I would have probably fell in front of the oncoming car. He was revving his van behind all the time. You cannot go more to the...

Nexave BR-im50-r (ezee sprint rear hub brake)

I have the nexave rear roller brake on my eZee Torq when I bought it second hand. It was rubbish so I bought my self a new one (not really knowing about them) and it is still rubbish. It is rubbish in the wet and rubbish the dry but better in the wet than my V brakes on my previous non e bike...
