Thanks d8veh. I think I will use a diode on each battery as I have them Blocking Diode 30A Schottky Wind Generator Solar Panel | eBay (Looks like the leftovers from sputnik). Makes the wiring a bit more complicated. Better to be safe than sorry with battery's costing as much as they do.
