Previously under TM's deal, it was not clear how the UK would exit the backstop if she can't conclude the future relationship with the EU.
Now it's clear: the UK will have a 'clean break' in December 2020, NI can join Great Britain later in December 2024 or December 2028.
The rest of the deal is written by EU's lawyers. Their bill is £33 billions.
