    Help! Small step through frame

I should have carried on to say - you can put the seat right down on a small bike but you still have to step over the frame, on some bikes like the one I pointed out the frame tube swoops down really low suitable for a small person in particular a lady rider.

    Help! Small step through frame

Looking back at Paula's original post she mentioned wanting a step-through type bike, bit like this kind of thing I'm guessing. https://www.cyclomonster.com/eco-voltz-dart-electric-folding-step-through-e-bike

    Battery shipment within the UK

I think you're better off buying direct from a seller on Ali X. With their disputes system you get your money back and get to keep the item. They know what their own sellers are like for scamming and don't like upsetting us rich westerners so don't mess around when it comes to refunds. I just...

    Cyclotricity stealth 1000w

And now the easy way. Turn the bike round with the rear wheel facing the stairs, crouch down and hook the front of the seat over your shoulder. Stand up and the bike will drop down at the front thus following the angle of the stairs, and up you go. You can take some of the weight of the machine...

    Help! Small step through frame

Of course you could get a folding e-bike and just don't bother folding it, they come really small.

    Battery shipment within the UK

That's odd vfr, I've never known a Chinese seller to have a return address. Their goods can be dispatched from anywhere, a factory, a warehouse, someone's apartment 20 floors up in the air, so it's usually impossible to return items. Did you try for a part refund?

90a from a frame battery best fire yet!

It makes you wonder if it's worth carrying a mini fire extinguisher with you. There again if your bike blows up all you would want to do is get away from it as quickly as you can.

    DVM accuracy.

If I were still in the electronics business I'd buy something like a Keysight B2962A bench power supply and get it spot on, but for home/hobbyist use sure the simple ref. source is perfectly ok. You have to bear in mind these Chinese sellers often sell test, ref and control equipment built using...

    DVM accuracy.

The reality is a top quality accurate lab test meter could cost 5 grand or more (really) and that could buy you a very good e-bike. Again I have to emphasize you have to allow for product variation, no two items will perform exactly the same. I have three multimeters and one of those is very...

    DVM accuracy.

The problem with those reference boards using AD584 devices is that in many cases they use fake components, also that particular setup has no built-in temperature compensation. It's ok I suppose but I'd go for a different chip if I wanted a reference source.

    DVM accuracy.

I'd say both of your multimeters are within manufacturers tolerance limits anyway. You could mess around with adjusting them to read the same but then they might both be off. If you placed one in a fridge for an hour or so and the other in a warm airing cupboard then took readings I'd guess both...

    Battery shipment within the UK

Hi, I know at one time TNT,UPS and other big names would do it but they change the rules every now and then. All you can do is search online and get the phone no. of every courier out there to ask what their current policy is. Sooner or later you'll find one that does it. They will probably...

    License for bikes ?

Pity you're not closer I'd take you up on that and get you 10% off your shopping as well. I'm on the coast in Hampshire, I don't think my battery would get me to Essex.

    License for bikes ?

Pity you can't come shopping with me down Tesco's vrf, I'd get an even bigger discount than I already get.

    License for bikes ?

What a strange story ? Lord Winston said, Quote > "She then kicked me repeatedly.” So he was attacked in the street but didn't defend himself ! and because of that you and I will have to be licenced. Yep, that makes sense.
