Bafang reliability (my experience - OVERWHLMINGLY POSITIVE!)

Bike shops don't want to touch your bike with a barge pole because it is illegal.

    Safest 36v battery supplier

PSW https://www.pswpower.com/?DIST=RkVFFFw%3D I am not sure if it is the safest supplier, but for sure prices are very attractive. Downside is they send stuff from Germany, so one needs to wait few days for delivery. I just checked prices... damn... £185 for 36V 20Ah on Samsung cells is just...

Woosh kit on a btwin tilt900

I think you should keep PAS as it is. You should be still able to activate motor with pedaling backwards. It is definitely going to be a head turner. ;) ...or you can buy PAS like this one...

    Carrera Vengeance Conversion

You messed up rear derailer. You shouldn't really touch this cable at all. It is fixable, but you added yourself an unnecessary work. No, I didn't install throttle. You not only installed kit yourself and saved money, but now you should be able to fix stuff in the future.

Mercedes bikes are cheaper if you are on a budget. https://uk.nplusbikes.com/collections/electric-bikes Apparently the same company is making all of them. I will wait for Dacia bikes.

I suggest you leave brakes as they are. It is unnecessary complication. Most likely you will be changing brakes to hydraulic soon anyway. On picture there is a brake lever, not a gear shifter.

    Carrera Vengeance Conversion

I removed front derailer and left rear derailer and brake cables as they were. Maybe I only moved brake cable slightly to the side. I am not sure what do you mean by connecting cables. It is interesting you have both cables on the same side. What are they for?

Yo have to connect battery and display. Rest is optional. This long cable is to connect lights I think.

It would be helpful to now which conversation kit did you buy from Woosh. If I were you I would email Andy and as him some questions.

How much battery sag is too much for a 3 year old battery?

Why sag does bother you so much? As long as battery gets you where you want to be I see no problem.

    Thoughts on my new ebike - crank-drive vs hub-motor - review of TSDZ02 48v

Your question is very personal and nobody here can answer it except you. Buy bike you like or replace motor you have. Your choice, not ours. I would recommend step through and TSDZ8 or TSDZ2B from Woosh. Both are more powerful than they look. There are many Carrera and Cube Katmandu bikes, so...
