Safest 36v battery supplier

I am not sure if it is the safest supplier, but for sure prices are very attractive. Downside is they send stuff from Germany, so one needs to wait few days for delivery.
I just checked prices... damn... £185 for 36V 20Ah on Samsung cells is just great. Prices wend down recently.

The only ones I know that are not general factory made Chinese are from Em3ev.com. they're extremely well made, though quite expensive. I think Eclipse bikes are still their UK agents, otherwise you can order direct and pay the taxes.
