Flecc is totally correct. There is no way you can use an sPedelec legally in the UK. Anyone that sells you an sPelelec and tells you you can register it, or that it can be used offroad etc etc... is lying to you.

Just to add, we've been playing with 650b, 650b+ and 29er frames quite a bit in the office to work out what works with what. 650b+ frame is ideal because you can run all 3 wheel sets in it depending on your mood, needs and the conditions.
