We couldn't get a spare battery so could be a great buy for someone who already has a Bionx bike and wants some off road fun!!

Where did you buy it from?

I only ask, because no ones contacted us about trying to get the battery sorted under warranty, or a deal on a replacement cost one to help you out.

Got it from Fusion Electric Bikes but unfortunately they have gone out of business.

We assumed it would be out of warranty. I have tried speaking to Bionx to get it sorted but they were zero help!

Ok, yes Fusion are no longer trading.. Please private message me and we'll try and sort it for you.

Bionx and indeed most brands don't like dealing with the public direct - because they don't sell to the public. Its always best going though a dealer if you can.

However we'll help in this case because the dealer doesn't exist anymore.

Message me and we'll do our best to sort this for you, so you can keep riding the bike.
