So comparing with SDURO trekking which is the same price - 500 Wh BH vs 400 Wh Haibike that is 25% more. And the cells are Samsung, Haibike doesn't say which cells it uses.
If you think u can have a good aftersales service then go for it. The trekking costs 2350£ vs 2700£ and has lots of accessories. (Mudguards, lights).
I find Haibike to be a more supported make in the UK and Europe for that matter.
The difference in wattage is something to think of but again from 90Nm to 70Nm on the yamaha motor I'd say the difference would be very small.
I have tried a yamaha vs a botch motor as a test and couldn't spot a major difference. Maybe if both bikes have the same weight and tyres you could notice the power difference.
