Price increases, has anyone come across any since Friday?

I think the OP was referring to setting up a medium to large factory with many potential jobs. I did not read his outlook as blinkered, and more well informed than most opinions about France. There are aids for setting up a small business here, I have benefited from them twice in the form of...

I got my A2B Hybrid, and I'm hating it.

4 miles isn't enough. You will have to adapt your riding style a little and that doesn't come instantly. If the bike is comfortable and fits you then you are half way to liking it you just have to learn the rest.

    E-Bikes for Children

Why is it safer falling off at 20 kmh than 25 kmh? Are those extra 5 kmh the limit between slight grazing and broken bones? Or maybe so they have to pedal harder to keep up with mum... o_O

wheel and tyre to big for the frame can i make room by bending the bars ?

OK so it is a road bike frame, personally I wouldn't try bending one of those. I was going to say 25C but you beat me to it. I have 2 mm clearance with my rear tyre, I had it trued by the bike shop because it went out of line after about 100 km.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Copy pasted from the Guardian As for “punishing” the UK, the EU has far too much on its plate to indulge in punitive expeditions. It will defend its national and continental interests with as much vigour as Britain will. And, since the EU is more than seven times bigger, it will impose its...

    The new best headlight

I am going to say something negative about b+m: The damned wires are too short! The front light wire isn't long enough to get to the controller and the back one, which I bought in a separate kit with mudguard fittings is barely long enough to take the normal route... 3/10 for that b+m :(...

Converting Viking Easy Street from PAS to twist throttle?

    e-bikes for mountains

d8veh makes bikes that don't fall apart and so do I. Do it yourself! The UK is the 1960's read the Brexit thread! I can build my own bike for £2,300 that will beat any brand built bike on specs, maybe on looks too and d8veh can build one even better!!!

    e-bikes for mountains

I have the same knee(s), rugby? When they are like that it is going to be very cold and I don't ride my bike. Yes. Yamaha has the advantage of twin chainrings, see above. If your knee fails you can have a granny chainring to get you home.

Is there a case for a Power Key for E Bikes

It is called a "frame lock" and becomes second nature to turn the key and remove it even when leaving the bike for seconds and in view. Can't be ridden away, can be picked up and carried away.
