what do members think of the swytch kit

And a rear motor? You could call it the SWYTCH BACK :) but if you do I would want rights and all that... :D Seriously who needs an LCD, just a button thing that shows the assistance level and if you must you can put battery bars on too - for marketing purposes.

    Fascism returns to Spain

It never left, they just changed the name of the political party to Partido Popular. At the beginning the people were even the same! With the birth of democracy the Socialist party got into power but to avoid a bloodbath (they had already had one of those) they just wiped the slate clean and...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

You should try Boston one day! That said the country roads were pretty good including the Vermont gravel ones, which were much better than the NZ gravel roads.

The German e-bike shops are bad on freight too: 14.90 € Octalink compatible PAS + 14.90 € freight! I'll just buy a Chinese one and make my own disk adaptor.

    A question about lumens.

SW b+m have taken all those bits and put them in a really nice water resistant case with a better reflector giving a correct beam shape for on road use and a mounting system for me. They also had it certified by German Road Safety. For 47 €... On the road you don't need to light the tree tops...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Problem is Airbus isn't French or British or German or Spanish or ... it is an EU company. Toulouse gets all the glam shots because they do the assembly but there are many nationalities in that factory and English and French are the official spoken languages.

    A question about lumens.

My arms aren't 1.50 meters long... I found your light output very underwhelming in the video tbh. Like in Germany it is illegal to ride with more than one light on the front of a bike here. Something to do with differentiation between type of vehicle. And the legal minimum is 15 lux...

Do you live in Switzerland or France ,*** now sorted***

I almost asked for someone to take delivery of some HK Graphene in the UK last week but the special offer went away. I get very annoyed when a company won't deliver elsewhere in the EU to "protect" their dealers (fat profit margin). LiPo is different it needs a special transporter I guess.

    I'm bent!

Oh the frame is solid as a rock it is the rim and spokes plus the Big Ben tyres doing all the talking :) Because my head is right there next to the wheel you can hear the spokes coming into tension. I am learning so am taking things easy. Despite that I have managed to find a couple of limits to...

folder ebike with "large" frame feel vs hybrid conversion

Tern Joe Tour 27.5, GSM from Woosh with a precialps 130 or 110 BCD spider and a compact double. You will need a thingy to extend the front derailleur out to the correct chain line. Battery in a pannier. If that is too big for the train the Node with 24" wheels etc

    Converting A BABBOE CARGO

We need to know which model you have, Big or Curve? If I was doing a conversion I would put the battery in the box under the seat. That is where Babble put it on the Curve.
