No, but you are not lengthening the life of your battery. My LiPo cells are charged to 4.15v and discharged to 3.65v (per cell) and despite using them for quite some time now (over 2 years for the multistar) show no sign of degradation. You can treat your Li-Ion cells the same way and they will...

Not dished enough I guess but it makes you use your gears like you should be doing. I have a 2 x 7: - all 7 gears are usable from the small chainwheel - the top 4 gears are available for the big one This works really well, on the road with a HD you will only ever need to be in the top 4 gears...

The number of PAS magnets means the slightest of pressure on the pedals with BBS0x and clones = power. I wouldn't want that on a 1000W motor or even a 250W motor...
