It's saying "don't give him full power until he hands over £80" You need the help of one of those pale, ill looking, troll-like characters who lives in a dark basement, dosn't go out and spends his life reverse engineering computer code. Any takers?
Half or full twist?

They will all work with your controller, but they won't give you access to the 1000w function, you'll be stuck in 250w hell, for ever!!Ah ha ha ha ha:eek:
Great to see Jimmy at work, but that guy Andy really grinds my gears. It's a shame, cos he does some interesting stuff. Anybody caught his "registering my 10000w ebike as a road legal moped" vid?
I thought they were too, but not seen one in the flesh. All the Stealth models seem to come with duel power motors, so you would expect them to be the same.
BMS batteries do a 30 amp KT sensorless controller, £63 inc LCD3 and postage, but you will have all the wiring connections to re-do and...
That will be voltage sag, and yes, it's the controller cutting the power. Might be worth checking your battery voltages with another meter, 14.xx is too high for a SLA battery, unless you have an alternator fitted to the bike.
Yes, that them, start one end, hopefully one wire is black, work along the pins, leaving neg. probe in the first pin, noting down the voltages. It should climb approx. 3v each time. Post your results.
Sounds like they are LI-polymer pouch cells which do swell with age as the cells break down. Now you have removed the pack from it's case, they may continue to expand. I'm not certain if the Tranz X packs are rebuildable, but it's worth contacting Jimmy to enquire, he is sure to know. I would be...
I did wonder if the low batt. might disappear if OP rode the bike. On my LCD3 and 890 LED displays, I sometimes get a delayed response from the battery indicator after charging. It will display the last state of charge and then change after setting off within a second or two, like it has a...
