    specialized levo battery health dropping

What does the 100% represent? This suggests to me the battery is fully charged, but cells at 4.03v, somethings not right.

    Battery layout.

Or solder your main power wire to each series connection, but using a copper strip is prob. neater and keeps the pack flatter.

Best seller for the Bafang BBS01B?

Bafang don't limit speed on their drives, that's down to the resellers programming. Any UK seller would likely do this to conform with the law.

Best seller for the Bafang BBS01B?

AFAIK, the ETM is not a Bafang product. It sounds from the spec. that it's poss. a 250w casing with the 500w motor and controller fitted, but that's only a guess. Controller amperage has no "legal" limit, so if it's stamped 250w and you limit it to 15.5 mph, it's legal.:)

Change LED display (880) to compatibel LCD Display

That is the legal speed cut off operating. You can replace the controller with a KT one that not restricted. Some clear photos or the wiring and connectors around the controller will help with recommending one to suit your bike. have you disconnected that white 6 pin connector in your photo?

I think that's the auto cruise wire, but try it disconnected, it won't do any harm.

    Battery Advice required

If you have a multi meter, the resting voltage can give you a rough guide to remaining capacity of your battery. Using the range between 42-32v, each volt as roughly 10%. So 36v would leave you 40% remaining, not exact but more acurate than most battery indicators.

Change LED display (880) to compatibel LCD Display

It's a KT controller, so any of the KT LCD displays will work, but they still might not let you delete the speed limit, as it may be factory locked. Do you have a single white wire connector which just loops in/out of the controller? This is fitted on some KT's and is a speed restriction wire...

Change LED display (880) to compatibel LCD Display

What bike do you have? Is it a kit or factory made? Changing the display may not necessarily let you increase the max. speed of your bike, it will depend on the controller that is fitted. Photo of the controller may help.

    Replacing Frog battery

Sounds like you have a bad battery connection, prob. from the damage to the battery carrier. As long as the battery is the same voltage, it can be any Ah capacity. You may need to change the connectors. Yose Power sell frog batteries, they have a 36v 13.6 Ah with decent LG cells for an extra £10...
