Its simple just drop the pedelec requirement.
No, you clearly don't understand how our vehicle laws operate.

Dropping the pedelec legislation doesn't permit anything else. It just bans pedelecs.

Since 1835 every individual form of motorised vehicle has to have its own specific two part detailed legislation for permission to be in use.

that's a pretty impressive number! So twitter can't keep up with posters.
why does twitter delete these tweets?
Facebook, Twitter, Google, Youtube, Democrats, TV, press, film industry, gaming industry, EU, WHO, FIFA, UN, Vote Remain, Lib Dems and more are all connected at the highest levels, and they're all working to the same agenda. Trump is not part of it.

I told you a year ago that John Durham was going to get to the bottom of the matter. What's being exposed now is only the tip of the iceberg. Best get a popcorn maker because you're going to need a lot of popcorn for this one. There are so many guilty people that some of them are going to talk. In fact, it might be a race to talk first to get the best deal, except that they have the fear of getting Clintoned:

guilty or not, they are not in power. Trump is, and he is a clear and present danger not only to more than half of the planet, he is a danger to more than half of his people too.
He is incoherent, egotistical, un-scientific and obsessive.
His program of government makes the rich richer and the poor poorer.
As there are more poor than rich, you see the consequence of his politics.

And the really scary thing is he will almost certainly be re-elected.

‘If he closed his eyes you would think he was dead. He’s not well enough to get the country through this battle. Unfortunately, he accidentally shot himself and his two generals whilst mucking around with his pistol as they walked to the front line. They never got there, he wounded all three of them whilst playing with a loaded gun.
The only place this phony isn't well is in the thinking department

No UV lights?

Many years ago, when I had a temporary job in a hospital.

A man arrived in A&E with a glass jar up his rectum. He claimed that he had been driving and thought he had diarrhoea so put the jar under his bum to prevent messing the seat. Then drove over a bump. Have no idea whether this is true, or not.

He was sent to theatre for it to be removed. Which they did. Following protocol, it was sent on to the path lab for analysis. In due time, the report arrived:

We conclude this was not a foreign object as it was clearly labelled Colman’s English Mustard.

[Added: Just remembered. The actual jar was in the hospital's black museum.]

Just for a change from Covid-19, it isn't the only crisis.

Central Europe is currently suffering extensive flooding, as if Covid wasn't bad enough already:

Boris has a talent for making a fool of himself, his latest?

"It is safe to go swimming in lakes and in the Sea"

Earned him a rebuke from the RNLI

They said: “At present there are no RNLI lifeguards on beaches and although our volunteer lifeboat crews are fully operational, should they be needed, it is important that anyone visiting the coast understands the risk and takes the necessary steps to keep themselves safe.

“This will also help to reduce the demands placed on our lifeboat crews and other emergency services including HM Coastguard. In this way we can all work together to succeed in ensuring the coast is a safe place to visit.”

There is nothing wrong with swimming in the sea. I always swim 1 mile straight out to and then back in again whenever I visit the coast. The sea conditions must be right though.

I'm not keen on swimming in lakes, too much rat ****.

I have not yet found any definitve, properly researched, information about swimming in freshwater lakes. Given the obvious possibility that others swimming in the same body of water might be infectious, I'd be at the least cautious.

Good news at last for Farage...
It's all a bit strange. You can employ a random cleaner who can quite legitimately enter you home, completely untested, and spend a couple of hours there, but you can't have your parents or children in the house, you must meet them one at a time in a park. A teacher can sit for 8 hours in a room full of children from a multitude of different addresses and an even greater multitude of different contact lines, but if the same teacher wants to see their grand children, they must see them one at a time, again in a park or similar setting.

Perhaps the answer is to employ your relatives as cleaners and have them all round. But book your ventilator equipped hospital bed before doing so!

Looks even worse when you consider that there are lots of people where only one of a couple drive (whether by choice or due to health issues). So grandfather (say) drives to park, sees offspring, then drives home, picks up grandmother, drives back to park and waits while she goes to see same offspring.

So shouldn't you be worried about getting Clintoned too? Now that you have brought it to the attention of the dozen or so people that read this thread:D

Sea Conditions just right, as in 500% warmer?
