This afternoon while out on my EBike I noticed a parked police car's occupant watching me as I cycled past.
I would have loved it had he stopped me and taken issue over whether an Ebike constitutes proper exercise, as I have an app on my watch and phone that documents and tracks my ride, at my age the watch app suggests that using the formula 225 minus your age in years the recommended maximum heart rate for me should be 150 BPM and normal riding using only the second level of assistance, my heart rate is often 130 ish and at times approaches the safe limit, and even on occasion exceeds it.
The policeman's reaction to that information would be interesting!
