Yes, I agree with all of that and I was a twat for voting to leave. However, you progress from the level of twat to ass-hole when you don't stop, look at what is happening, consider the evidence and make a better, more informed decision.

I honestly don't know.

I do know that it will allow us to make trade deals that are custom made to us.

It will take us out of the whimsy of the Euro where we have no influence anyway.

We will be able to spend the membership money on things we choose to spend it on.

We will be able to save industries that need state help far easier.

But these are just by products. I think the EU needs modernising. It's not fit for purpose. It's corrupt and works to old fashioned rules. We are not part of the Euro and until we are there is no point being in it. A trade deal, freedom of movement art, sport, entertainment and security deals will suffice for now.

I'm sorry you didn't actually have a belief system and just followed the shiny bus like a sheep but I voted out because I knew what I was voting for.

I get that may be above your brain but here we are.

Who is going to make better trade deal with us than we already have?
We chose not to change to the Euro
The membership money is peanuts , saving that we lose a vastly greater sum derived from EU membership
Save industries? who is going to do that? Nobody is the answer
And State aid for industries was possible in the EU too
How can you say the EU is corrupt and needs modernising compared with the Loony bin we have here? get real!
And lets get this straight, not only did you NOT know what you were voting for, you voted for WHAT YOU WANTED.

I am neither supporting or writing off BJ's deal, I, m criticizing all of them for this situation and especially so Bercow for stopping vote on deal. Chances are it would have failed. I don't think it helps when leader (I use the word sarcastically) of opposition writes off the deal before he, s read it, or as someone on here suggested he knew all about it through twitter.
I wonder if Bercow would stop a vote on ref 2? That's been debated already.
Bercow is showboating. In some ways delaying vote is helping Boris.

I was neither having a go at you or discussing the deal. I was saying Bercow is a fool and stopping or delaying vote has not helped either side.
It has simply prolonged the stupid argument, which some seem to revel in. If EU grant another extension we could go on like this for another 3 years. I was hoping they wouldnt, but it looks like their imovable stand point.... has moved.Oh what a surprise. They do want their cash and a deal then.
