Maybe we should get a written constitution then?

Get rid of the Queen and all the other parasites and have a proper bill of rights.

I like your thinking flecc.
Perhaps you do need a written consititution. The purpose of which is to LIMIT the powers which we the people give to the legislature .

This is a good example of the incompetence of Boris's Comedy show
The principle of a No Deal is no deal, no mitigation,no work arounds,it means no deal. Which is why there must eventually be a deal. Maybe not the one painstakingly developed over 2.5 years, but a Deal.
What Mr Barclay wants to do is make new mini deals , but with whom?. The EU deal team disbanded, job done ,last November. The current EU executive is attending its pre retirement workshop, prior to giving over to the new team in November. They have neither the time,or the patience to devote to this excercise.

Let's hope so.

It will be fascinating to see if we do as you and others predict that we will sink into the sea like Atlantis.

Or, as most folk think. We will rub along just fine.

Actually most folk think we won't, that's why you fear another referendum

Which is why the only deal is a tarted up version of Mays deal as predicted

Why would I fear something that isn't possible?

That's like saying I'm scared of the Loch Ness monster.

Both don't exist.

And believe it or not most people just want Brexit to be done with. They have move on. Just confused and scared folk like yourself are left. Howling at the moon.

AAARRRRRRRRROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Again there is truth in what you say.. People , particularly in the UK just want Brexit done. The problem is that it is not going to be done. Getting out is the easy bit.

Most folk in the UK don't think that..if they did their democratically elected representatives would have agreed to go last March. If they did they would have voted overwhelmingly for the Brexit MEP candidates. But the actual poll shows a different number.
I have not seen any commentator save yourself reference Atlantis.. methinks Brigadoon might be more appropriate.

Farage, Bojo's new boss, has already said that he does not want a deal.
If Bojo tries to wrap something up for parliament, he'll remove all 'his' tory MPs like IDS.

Most people want Brexit cancelled is the true situation, just gullible and rather slow to come to their senses like you still think it's a good idea
And a further referendum on any deal may be the only way Boris can outmanouever parliament.
What you fail utterly to grasp is there is nothing whatsoever to your advantage in Brexit, and nothing you have been able to identify to the rest on here.
Most people didn't vote for Brexit for lofty ideas.
They wanted to protest about the way they were being treated.
And what have they gained?
Now their treatment will be even worse.
They have moved on and want to see the cancellation of Brexit
And of course using your logic
Brexit doesn't exist, nor do a No deal Brexit, or one with a deal for that matter.

let's say we have another referendum.
It's still advisory and we still have a very fragmented parliament, so who is going to deliver the result of the vote?
Just let brexit run its course. Bojo will be stopped by parliament sooner or later, before or after brexit.
We'll make the next GE one on brexit.
Nothing stops the conservatives to fight for Canada+, Corbyn for BRINO SNP and Swinson for cancelling A50 or rejoin, BXP for no deal.

Since Cummings plan centres around outmanouvring parliament till after Oct 31, surely this can be scuppered if the EU simply move the date till the end of the year, thus negating us leaving automatically?
Could there be another delay to Brexit?
Legally speaking another extension could happen if all EU countries, including the UK, agree to it.

So all that is needed is to quickly bring in legislation to that effect?

Bojo anticipates that vote next week and threatens to deselect any conservative MPs voting to stop no deal. The result will be a very close call.

The October date by the EU was not choosen on a whim. The new commission takes over the next day. So no the current commission cannot do that. They and normal people would see it as unethical by tieing the hands of their successors . I suspect that should there be a groundswell from the UK ..(extremely unlikely), they might hold informal meeting s with their successors, and on that basis make it known that a request would not be rebuffed.
No I think the 31st date is fixed, unless there is a quick No Confidence Vote.

I think there is no deadline on the WA.
The UK can leave with no deal and ratify the treaty at a later date.
Bojo may just do that if he wins big at the next GE.
