Huh? Remain means you're completely tied into EU regulations. The ones he particularly wants away from are the ones on what the EU terms 'unfair competition' - where a country supports one particular industry and prevents others (from within the EU) competing with that industry (not that this seems to apply to French farmers or Italian clothing manufacturers but no matter).
Actually in the case of both "Free speech" is better described as lies and propaganda.

Care Homes. Each resident (or cash cow) is being rinsed for between £1000 and £1600 per WEEK. Where is the effing money going? Most of the care staff are paid around minimum wage, so how can a care home go bust? I can’t understand it.
Either someone is lining their slacks with cash or we are seeing a whole new level of incompetence which we had previously considered unattainable.

It's only one aspect of the Single Market that is a problem for him, concerning state intervention. The SM's rules don't stop state intervention but limit them severely.
there is a grain of truth in that.
whatever happens to brexit, hard, soft or none, the division will run and run. If the conservatives remain in power after 2020, brexit has to happen and continue to divide the country because polls still put remain ahead. Brexit will increase that lead even further.
The reverse will still be true. If Labour wins, brexit will probably be cancelled, the clamour for a third referendum can only increase.
I agree and realise all that Woosh but the simple version is that if Labour were united under a remain policy they could utilise the situation to get into power, rather than attempt to cater for everybody and get power down the line. However, the very serious flaw in my reasoning is JC.. Firstly he is actually a leaver and has not supported EU in his entire career and secondly his policies are a nightmare in my subjective view and more importantly in eyes of middle England. I trully believe JC is keeping Labour out of power.
Why not utilise the (misguided) opinion of remain to take power, actually as a credible opposition should.
Its either powers that be in Labour don't actually think remainers are in the majority or JC is omnipotent and wants to leave.
Labour are simply split over the situation.
No party can represent both sides in a digital decision. Its an impossibility. They must agree on in or out. Yes, some would have to compromise but thats the nature of the situation.
