I'd forgotten, you are right, they didn't sell that bit off did they. Looked around and couldn't find my aeroplane I must have lost it somewhere so not much use for a new engine these days. You knew I was talking about day to day living, you may fly but I don't do that much anymore. I can't find many German made goods in my home either.The worlds finest aero engines.
I passed my drivers licence in a Land Rover, the one that killed my father (long and complicated story). Back then they were made in England. And my mother was into Jags, XJ6s, the ones with the gearbox made from some kind of glass, well not mother friendly in any case...
