Unlike the rest of you I have some sympathy for that Tory MP.. ..at least for the first infraction. Some years ago I was running a tutorial on the use of Electronic Cad Software .. actually a very good British designed suite , which we had taken a site license for, at a fraction of the cost of an inferior performance USA offering. Anyway the class was making great progress, so I decided to introduce them to making their own logos ..an image they could etch into the copper, identifying their copyright. You'd think predictive text would have improved over the years but it seems you can type in "tractors" and it predicts "pornhub".
Could be any of them including excess vodka, it just seems typically Russian if their dashcam videos are anything to go by.Difficult to be sure whether it was primarily excess speed or insecure loading. Or faulty/inadequate lorry.
Definitely not. In Russia, there is no such thing as excess wodka.Could be any of them including excess vodka, it just seems typically Russian if their dashcam videos are anything to go by.
It's primarily a problem of women in parliament and the increasingly assertive attitude so many women have towards men now. Men trying to be PC in response compounds the problem.Like so many of the tory problems, it was very largely the way they handled it. Rather, failed to handle it.
I can easily understand a mistake. In that situation, I think I'd have switched app, gone back, or whatever. And been very careful not to go there again.
It was then followed by pompous statements like:
What needs to happen now is that the proper procedures need to be gone through, the independent complaints and grievances procedure needs to be activated and we need to get to understand the facts, but, yeah, that kind of behaviour is clearly totally unacceptable.
The MP involved could have already owned up and made an excuse (possibly one that was true).
Timing alone makes it look as if they have no evidence. Just long enough before 5th May for people to hear about the claims. Not long enough for things like an inquiry or any legal action. Indeed, as it is a resurrection of previous allegations, we have to ask why they have previously backed off and dropped the case. This is classic
The picture Nadine Dorries is retweeting is of Keir Starmer sharing a curry with Frank Dobson who died in 2019. Ergo he could not have been eating with Keir Starmer in 2021 no matter what time of day it was. Nadine Dorries is the Cabinet minister responsible for #disinformation
Nothing to complain about there
She is definitely providing the misinformation she is responsible for!

Susannah Reid asks Boris Johnson what he would do to help pensioner Elsie who can’t afford to stay at home because keeping heating on is too expensive and travels round London on bus all day.
Johnson says that as London mayor he introduced the 24 hour freedom bus pass.
Clearly we are going to need a bigger transport network!
Could hasten the possibility I mentioned, the end of naval surface ship warfare.did you see the demo video of the new US 'QuickSink'?
No real surprise that they don't give many details, but do we know what makes it so much more effective than previous devices?did you see the demo video of the new US 'QuickSink'?
I don't know for sure but the article talks about a cheap upgrade of a previous weapon. The first bit is it's fitted to a plane and has a good autonomous GPS guidance system, then a second charge exploding below the waterline after impact, like a traditional torpedo but released at much higher speed. All you need is a plane to release it. It's effective and low cost.No real surprise that they don't give many details, but do we know what makes it so much more effective than previous devices?
If only we could solve the problems of peacetime as easily as we solve those of war.I don't know for sure but the article talks about a cheap upgrade of a previous weapon. I assume it needs something rather better than a Fairey Swordfish. The first bit is it's fitted to a plane
I see that the name Local Conservatives was registered on 04/02/2019.Local elections appear to be covered by the Electoral Commission. Part of their job is to maintain a register of political parties.
I looked and searched for registered parties includes "conservative" in England.
The list is only one page and mostly variants of Conservative and Unionist Party.
But in Birmingham (and quite possibly many other areas) there are candidates listed as:
Malik Zafar Iqbal, Local Conservatives
Lokman Hakim, Local Local Conservatives
This is an official candidate list:
As I see it, those party names are not registered and is eminently confusable with the official party. How come the returning officer has allowed those party names?
And just how far away from Westminster are they trying to run?
