Excessive boss's pay are well over the multiple millions of pounds mark, not in the hundreds of thousands, and that is without the bonuses share deals and tax swindles.

I have no issues with socialism, but the bill for it always falls on the PAYE monkeys because they are easy prey. Big corporations and the very wealthy get out of paying because they are too smart for the politicians, and the politicians have power, so they don’t pay either.
