They win the vote by criminal means?

This is huge. It changed everything.

Please pm me the details and sources and o will pass them on to very enthusiastic journalists. I'm on news night today.

Let's make history!

Or are you lying again?
Sorry fingers even you are not stupid enough to keep up this pretence of yours that everything was above board and legal

It was huge and it did change everything didn't it? and what happened to the police action that was promised?
https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-46070710

Why don't you read the 900 documents involved in this investigation?
You claim to be a media man, why aren't you investigating them?

What are you doing on News night today, by the way?

Hardship is already here for millions.

That’s why they voted out.

They want to see a different future. Good or bad. They want to explore other ideas.

When you have nothing you haven’t got much to lose.

You hard core remainists are going to be the real problem in the future as you will never accept democracy.
Much of that posting ,I agree with, except UK citizens y actually have or will have had a lot going for them. If you think that life in the UK is hard, then seriously you need to rethink. We live in a world where people die of thirst, where they die of hunger and in many cases no roof over their heads.
You are bandying the democracy keyword a lot...but if the leader in a democratic state, turns off the organ of democracy ,it is dictatorship. In the UK it is the Parliament which is the organ of democracy.
Now if it were being done for good reason..like having run out of ideas.,then a new election should be called. But in this case it is obviously to flustrate the will of Parliament.

He really hasn't turned off democracy. The political parties won't be cancelling their conferences. Party before country etc. He is only really adding a couple of days more of prog rock.

This mental hysteria by the hardcore remainists, whilst amusing, is far more damaging long term to democracy than leaving with no deal.

There is plenty of time now, and before...for Corbyn to to have a no confidence vote. Will Grieve do what he has promised? Will the others?

The numbers are there if these windbags had the courage of their convictions. Corbyn, no deal or party.

Love it!

Imagine anyone wanting to come to a table seeking a friendly and workmanlike realtionship where they need a trade deal more than the other side does and using threats.
That's why it has to be off the table
Only a complete idiot would do that except to please half wits at home by looking tough.
To that extent it could be seen to work.
You just have to hope the grown ups in the room are feeling charitable enough to show this scarecrow some pity and ignore what an idiot they are dealing with.
If he was facing me he would be luck to come away with a deal as good as May got!
My inclination would be to say Cheerio, close the door after you.
Next time you go to buy a car OG can I come along. Everytime you say to salesman "no thats no good, I, m leaving" I will say. "no,sit down OG, accept the deal no matter how much they are charging, no matter what the deal or how crap the car is you are not walking away. You are making the deal"
Removing either sides ability to walk away is hamstringing negotiations. Once you remove "no deal" you are not negotiating. You are at best asking favours and at worst begging. Thats exactly where we were with May. You've done enough deals in your time to know all this only too well.

Honest remainers will accept removing "no deal" is infact a strategy to stop Brexit. Once its removed EU will give us such a crap deal it would be turned down.
Unilaterally removing no deal is lunacy.
Never really had much time for BJ but his strategy at moment cant be faulted. Once EU accept we would take no deal they might come back with a better one. If not, its no deal time...for a few weeks..

it's more like your wife wants a new car by Monday and you insist that there is still life in the old car.
She'll criticise you for not having any imagination.
If you don't cooperate, she'll throw her chequebook at the salesmen.

At least we have a leader at moment.
Think its brilliant. Hope Bercow and Miller are fuming... Corbyn will be trying to be angry but not managing it. He, ll put on a silly hat and go dig his onions.

Bojo only pushed back the opposition a little bit, a few days at the start and a few days at the end.
It won't change anything materially.
The opposition can still seizes the order paper on Tuesday and put in a motion requiring him to drop no deal brexit which everyone expects he'll refuse to cooperate. The opposition will call for a general election.
If they succeed in that step, they'll take Bojo to Court to demand that he extends A50.

It will be interesting to see the sterling euro rate tomorrow.
it'll be back to 1.10-1.11 EURO. Bojo pushed back only a little.

Nonsense! it has absolutely no effect whatsoever, whereas a no deal brought about by subterfuge poisons politics for a generation.
For some reason you can't comprehend that, can you?
The remain camp will not simply fold and disappear, nor will it forgive and forget.
Nothing hysterical about firmly held beliefs.
But as I keep repeating, the people to watch when the trouble starts will be disappointed leavers, not remainers
After all we can see trouble brewing, not kid ourselves there are better times to look forward to.
If you imagine the greater mass of leave voters are prepared to suffer in the cause of Brexit, then your judgement is very poor.
They didn't vote to suffer, and they won't do that without reacting badly.

Cummings has been successful hasn't he?
Tell me, what exactly is brilliant about this childishly simple trick?
Will it look so good if Boris decides to push May's deal and override parliament?
What we have is a Dictator.
And of course his evil sidekick Cummings
I am looking forward to the shambles these two will create!

We have a "leader"? what a joke
What are we going to do for an encore to make this country look deranged?

that I can believe.
There are an awful lot more losers than winners if Bojo make us leave on no deal.
There are about half a million retirees living in the EU27 for a start. A lot of them voted for Leave.

Here for general amusement is Zlatans "Glorious Leader" providing evidence of what a liar he actually is
Just a quick reminder of what Boris Johnson said to Conservative 1 Nation MPs when he was seeking their support #Prorogation

Uniting our nation? that has to be a joke, I will never accept this reprobate as anything other than a menace to society
What will Boris's principles be tommorow? or even in an hour or two?
If you trust this man you are just begging to be swindled.
And frankly you deserve to be.
Right Dishonourable is nearer the mark

Time for a little reminder of the person who first raised the subject of prorogueing parliament, long before any here or in parliament thought of it.

And he was told by some that he was talking nonsense, that it was just waffle.

Yes, it was me in this post , showing once again what I've often posted, that I'm usually right in the end.
