But she is Labour and a socialist Tilston...
A)That makes it acceptable.
B)She will get support on here.
C) She should be posting on here, certain posters would approve.
Know something? you have the most elastic idea of what bigotry and racism are, and a terrible habit of pretending than somehow you are qualified to pre judge how other people will respond.
Here is my view
If the woman and her son are guilty as charged then they should be dealt with within the law
Tillson' remark while containing elements of truth where individual behaviour was involved and the way the authorities react when ethnicities are involved were fair comment, but where he refers to this
""that they can’t import their uncivilised animal like behaviour into the U.K."
is very definitely a racist remark.
Your remarks were even less onerous,
First for all your previous strident words on the horror of racism, you just backed such a remark as legitimate comment as it fitted into your particular point of view
Not content with that, alleged that others on here would regard that as acceptable because the woman is Labour and a socialist was the reason she would be excused.
So far no one has done so, have they?

I put it to you that there is nothing to choose between any of the political parties when it comes to doing that sort of thing
So, as well as supporting a racist remark, you managed to display your bigotry as well, and all in a single post.

An example of the old adage
"Just because you're paranoid it doesn't mean people aren't out to get you"
Here's the plot
..................................
Gabriel Elefteriu‏ @GElefteriu

Beyond belief: Belgian company sells to China (via Sweden) the "Ferrari of war room software", top geospatial intelligence mapping tool used by NATO & US. Now, w/ source-code access, China gets a perspective on the war room operations of Western powers.

Or does it?
From the South China Post
https://www.scmp.com/news/china/military/article/2173593/china-matches-nato-information-arms-race-deal-ferrari-war-room
Technology may come with risks and lessons for government and military
"
Under Chinese law, a foreign vendor supplying software to the Chinese government must disclose every line of source code to authorities for a security check. It was unclear whether Luciad has complied with that requirement. The company did not respond to requests for comment.

Adopting technology used by Nato in military command may not be without risk to China, according to a Beijing-based information security expert who has worked with the government.

The software might contain hidden codes. “It can lead to unauthorised infiltration of the brain of Chinese military operations,” the researcher said."

"“Luciad is the Ferrari of GIS software. It comes to the right place at the right time,” said a geospatial information engineer from an aerospace company in Beijing.

As the old saying goes
如果一件事情看起来好得令人难以置信,那一般就是这样

if a thing looks too good to be true it generally is

I would guess that any future political representative for the Edmonton constituency will be of foreign extraction, whether British-born or not and I have no problem with that, given the demographic of that area.
Given that 56% of London's population is not white British born, and a large proportion of the white British born 44% will have foreign names like me, it's inevitable that many London MPs won't have English surnames.

Indeed they may need to have foreign names to be electable, as the following shows:

Labour dominates London political power with 49 MPs, 11 of them having foreign names.

The Tories trail with 21 MPs, just 1 having a foreign name.

London Lib Dems have three MPs, all with English names.

Obviously Labour get closest to representing their constituents and benefit accordingly.

Criticism of migration will become a criminal offense, & media outlets who give room to criticism of migration can be shut down.

Yes, mlud... But don't put the little black cap on yet...

Just because I agreed with Tilson's criticism of mentioned situation does not mean I agree with the racial aspects of Tilson's post.
Also, as normal on here, folk assume a poster is racist or whatever, because the post contains a racist comment. We all know full well Tilston is no racist if you, d bothered to actually read my posts you, d know full well I, m not either. Far from it.
My opinion about the matter is simply the whole episode points out the hypocrisy of Labour (OK probably politicians) Nepotism somehow seems worse when done within Labour movement. As Flecc has pointed out their positive discrimination policies are open to misuse. This is just another case of such. I, m criticising the lady's behaviour and the fact labour have allowed much if it to happen. (appointing your own son?)
But you, ve proved my point. Thanks.

I suspect that he actually meant we must avoid brexit, but couched in terms which did not directly contradict what TM appears to be doing.

Shinzō Abe to Theresa May: avoid a no-deal Brexit

Japanese prime minister hints crashing out of EU could affect foreign investment in UK

Shinzō Abe has told Theresa May to avoid a no-deal Brexit, hinting that investors from Japan need predictability and stability.

Speaking before a bilateral meeting at the G20 summit in Argentina, the Japanese prime minister said he wanted to “pay tribute” to May’s leadership in securing the deal. But, he went on, any prospect of the UK crashing out of the EU without a deal risked international consequences.

“I would like to once again ask for your support to avoid no deal,” he said. “As well as to ensure transparency, predictability [and] legal stability in the Brexit process.”

Japanese investors have repeatedly said the UK could lose its standing as the country’s preferred “gateway to Europe” in the event of no deal, which could disrupt supply chains. The president of Toyota said last month that a no-deal Brexit should be avoided at all costs.

May did not directly engage with Abe’s warning, saying her negotiated deal was “a good deal for businesses in the UK, including the many Japanese companies who have made significant investment into the UK and who will be able to continue on the basis of our deal to trade well with the European Union”.

Abe was not the first world leader to raise the prospect of uncertainty over May’s Brexit deal. In an earlier bilateral meeting, with the Australian prime minister, Scott Morrison acknowledged May had a difficult situation to navigate.

He politely described May as dealing in “typical British fashion” with “a very tough set of issues”.

Don't worry Tommie. The Nazis only succeeded because Germany's population was servile, obeying laws, and still is to some extent.

But in most of today's Europe including the UK, the more laws that get passed, the more they are ignored. Just look in this forum how strictly we all adhere to pedelec law, never derestricting and never over 250 watts.

Just like nobody ever drives above the speed limits or after drinking alcohol, or ever uses illegal drugs.

You can see how well we obey laws on this link.

Tommie you really need to start checking for factual content before you post and you might have some real facts to present
First of all this comes from the UN not the EU
And we are signed up to it anyway!

https://www.ohchr.org/EN/NewsEvents/Pages/DisplayNews.aspx?NewsID=23910&LangID=E

Tell me, where in that does it say anywhere that criticism of migration is forbidden?
It doesn't does it, but you found some clown putting a "spin" on it and put both feet in your mouth didn't you?
This is what they are against
"Anti-migrant discourse in the media and in the political sphere has become commonplace. Migrants are demonised, vilified and used as scapegoats for deep-rooted fears about terrorism, crime, unemployment, welfare systems, and the uncertainties of globalization. We have recently seen how not just traditional news outlets but also social media platforms have been used to sow hatred against migrants and minorities, including the Rohingya in Myanmar, with devastating consequences. Hilarious. I posted some time ago regarding these resignations resembling the un-flushable turd of an individual enjoying too richer diet. Those concerned making an unwelcome return from around the U-bend. Watch this space.

Since reading that online a few minutes ago, I have done some arithmetic on my fingers and I reckon I could support my family very, very well on an MP's salary plus bonus, ahem! expenses!

Mmm…..I wonder where she'll pop up next? In court with any luck!
