It is stating a number of conflicting arguements and therefore strikes me as propaganda..or deliberate misinformation. It asserts that the chemicals used are well known and the formula published, it then asserts that they don't exist and maybe never had..
it is less contradictory than you think.
These are organophosphates, like pesticides, easy to make and not so easy to identify if mixing together.
It's the claim that Novichoks are 8 times more potent than VX that I don't believe.

This particular room has a whole herd of elephants in it, but all the politicians can see is one jackal.
.
Permit Me to add to that flecc,
TWO jackasses made matters far worse than necessary
And if the people expelled weren't really all the assets Putin had here we now have no idea what he's up to anymore.
Rather a self defeating move
Especially as he has booted out our Moscow spies.

The progress of the investigation into the alleged attempted murder of two Russians in Salisbury has been decidedly slow but suddenly, we are informed that the original contamination may have been on their front door.

So, on the 28th March, we are informed that this 'Military-grade, deadly nerve agent' may have been administered, not in Salisbury town centre, but right on the front door of Skripal's home!

Apparently, 250 counter-terrorism officers have been working on this case and yet no-one thought to check out his home address before blaming Putin/Moscow for attempted murder on British soil........it just beggars belief!

Maybe it was the Russians behind this act, I don't know. What I do know though is that this government is up to its neck in lies and corruption and the woman in charge has plenty of previous for getting things wrong where terrorism is concerned and this isn't far removed from that.

Then there's immigration control efficiency
From the Guardian
"
No UK border exit records for 600,000 people, says watchdog
Home Office staff say May’s ‘100% departure checks’ system is rushed and flawed
Theresa May’s long-promised system of “100% exit checks” at Britain’s borders is so unreliable that it contains no departure records for more than 600,000 people who should have left the country in the past two years, a watchdog has revealed.

A report by David Bolt, the chief inspector of borders and immigration, said that the system also contains a growing “unmatched pot” of more than 201,000 records of departures of people for whom there is no Home Office record that they ever entered the country.

Apparently there is an abundance of overtime in the
"Missing/lost.displaced/ Not sure they ever existed Person's Bureau, "

who are currently pursuing 801,000 investigations"

They a Posting Career Vacancies there for the following.

Clairvoyants
UFO investigators
Psychics either skilled Mediums or Ouija Board Operators

Note: ex employees of David Davis's Dept need not apply

As if they were not bright enough to see a mistake as big as working for him, that they are lucky to have found their way home.
(Though they could be among the 201,000 of course)

If this deadly, fast acting military grade poison was on the door handle of the home address, presumably only one of them touched it as they either entered or exited the house and then due to the highly toxic nature of the substance, very easily contaminated the other. Once the hands had been contaminated with the military grade fast acting nerve agent, they then got into the car, drove into town, parked up, walked to the pub, had a pint in the public bar, paid for the drinks, walked to a restaurant, ordered a meal, ate the meal, paid for the meal and then exited the restaurant. All of this involves hands and touching objects such as cash, door handles, glasses, plates, cutlery or even people directly. We are told, that this is the same mechanism of transfer which passed on the contamination from one victim to the other. After all of this, they then fell ill. This must have been some considerable time after initially being contaminated with the military grade nerve agent? A passing Detective Sergeant just happend to be in the area as the couple became ill and as a result of helping them became contaminated with the fast acting highly toxic military grade nerve agent himself. But by some fluke no one else who had contact with them in the street, pub or restaurant was affected. Also, by chance the military grade poison took an extraordinary long time to take affect on the two victims.

One word, bollokcs (had to spell it like that to defeat the naughty word checker). We are being manipulated folks.

You naughty tillson you! Zlatan will throw his rattle out of his Pram after such remarks!

As Darth Vader would have said
"I find your lack of Faith in TM is Disturbing!"

You are absolutely right of course,I have never heard a more threadbare pack of lies!
But look at Mr's May's Ratings after her "Falklands Mark 2" call to "patriots"
Anything nasty now will be blamed on the usual culprit, and who knows he may even get the "Public Enemy Number 1" status to replace the EU.

This will allow a decidedly dodgy exit deal to be presented as Generous to Both sides, while people are suitably occupied elsewhere.

Fortunately Thanks to TM we now have more Police than before........OH!
" From the Daily Mirror
Theresa May has secretly slashed 7,000 local cops she claimed were safe from Tory cuts.

The Prime Minister has repeatedly boasted of protecting the budgets of police forces.

Last June she said: “Since 2015 we have not cut the police but protected their budget.”

But her Government’s own figures directly contradict her claim.

A total of 6,853 police officers and PCSOs were axed from local policing units between 2015 and 2017, according to a Labour analysis of Home Office figures.

Two thirds of forces suffered a fall in the number of uniformed officers and PCSOs in local policing despite Mrs May’s claims she hadn’t cut cops.

Nothing to see here, move along....

Politics aside, so much about this Salisbury incident doesn’t make sense. The briefest of scrutiny raises many questions, all of which have either been conveniently ignored or been given wholly unsatisfactory answers. From the premature & choreographed vilification of Russia to the ever changing narrative, there is a whiff dishonesty.

As normal you cant express an opinion without juvenile references. I,m perfectly sure Tillson and I are capable of having different opinions without resorting to insult, which somehow escapes many on here.

Besides , as normal , you have me all wrong. I love a good conspiracy story as much as anybody. Only trouble is we have so many to chose from; from May organising this distraction, to some unkown power manipulating Jewish community against Labour / Corbyn along with the ongoing one of right wing press pushing Brexit with Murdoch's help.
Amazing how many on left call on these theories to cover up their own inadequacies. The CIA organising destruction of Twin Towers and killing Kennedy are other good ones. Not to forget moon landing all being staged. Great stories.

Apparently, 250 counter-terrorism officers have been working on this case
As with all the most serious crime investigators, the counter terrorism officers are part of the Metropolitan Police and under the control of the Commissioner, one Clarissa Dicks.

Most will remember the 2005 slaying of completely innocent electrician Jean-Charles Menezes by Met counter terrorism officers, one shooting him in the brain seven times while two others held him down inside a tube train carriage. An inquiry found that to be a poorly run and badly botched operation. As usual no-one was prosecuted.

The officer running it was Clarissa Dicks. Shortly afterwards she was promoted to Assisant Commissioner and more recently to Metropolitan Commissioner, in overall charge of the Met and the counter terrorism police.

So we have PM Theresa May, who is a failed Home Secretary, and a failed police commander in overall charge of the Salisbury investigation, both women incidentally. And I'm supposed to be confident in what they say?

Comic, actor and occasional social commentator, David Schneider, had this to say recently about the huge problems faced by the Labour party:

"Labour’s problems need addressing but here’s a handy list of why I’m sticking with them."

Your table misses out Labour's biggest negative...getting in power totally eludes them..
All the grumbles , justified or not, against May are simply a distraction. We have no alternative , as Corbyn keeps proving.
If Labour had ever offered a viable alternative they,d be in power by now and May would simply be the PM who stood in for Cameron when he went AWOL.

This thread has a plethora of issues from nearly all posters knocking May, but nobody offers an alternative.
Flecc argues Corbyn is biding his time waiting for a more opportunistic time , when in reality he will never get in power now. That leaves Tories an open goal so who are all the anti May lobby appointing ??? Ofcourse she has faults. ( she,s a tory) but would you folk actually prefer BJ, Gove, JRM ??? Who ?
Its just like football fans knocking a manager for poor results , wanting him/ her sacked with absolutely nobody else to fill their shoes.
If we had another election now Labour would do even worse than last time.
Labour must move to centre, sack Corbyn and follow lead shown by Macron. ( its exactly what he did, denouncing his left history in process)
This thread gives impression Left wing is popular, it is on here. In reality it is far from case. Vast majority of our nation(s) are just left of centre. Not Corbyn extreme left. For God's sake go man. Go.

Flecc argues Corbyn is biding his time waiting for a more opportunistic time and will never get in power anyway.
More misquoting. I've not argued that he would never get in power, indeed I've posted that he is very likely to win the next general election.

If you wish to quote, do the decent thing as I do and use the forum's quote facility to display the actual words posted.

A lighthearted political moment for a change:

BBC newsperson Martha Kearney announcing her departure from "The World at One" recalled her favourite moment.

When interviewing a Thai politician via his mobile phone the line was breaking up, so she asked if he could go outdoors so they could try again. He replied:

"Ok, let me put my trousers on first and then I'll go outside".
