I have attempted to read the said article and eventually gave up. It is stating a number of conflicting arguements and therefore strikes me as propaganda..or deliberate misinformation. It asserts that the chemicals used are well known and the formula published, it then asserts that they don't exist and maybe never had.. and because of that or not on a banned list. That scientists have no difficulty in replication the chemicals and another that they don't work.
I hesitate to call it so but it looks like trolling or deception to me.
