    Throttle is a life saver

You sound like me! I had Covid back in March, and I couldn't walk more than a few yards at first, but it's a lot better now, although still not perfect. Like yourself, I wanted a throttle on the Oxygen I bought, but sadly Oxygen thought otherwise. I'm looking forward to getting new controller...

Help! Derestricting Oxygen S-Cross MTB Mk2?

Also just remembered, you can't change the wheel size on the new display either, so you can't fool it into thinking it's got smaller wheels, and you're going slower than you actually are!

Help! Derestricting Oxygen S-Cross MTB Mk2?

Angry Freak- Yes, I do have the bike, but was aware before it arrived that Oxygen had changed things a bit! I'm not sure about the magnet on the pedals trick, but they've changed the controller, and the new one has no wires for a throttle, nor can it be derestricted. The fact that it's...

Help! Derestricting Oxygen S-Cross MTB Mk2?

That's a pain. .. I've already ordered it! Any idea what issues there are?

Help! Derestricting Oxygen S-Cross MTB Mk2?

Dearest Angry Freak & Horrible Bloke- After many enquiries, and help from members of this forum, it seems like Oxygen have decreed that you can only use their bikes as the Law intended, and the existing bits can't be modified. I have (after much research!) decided to change the controller and...

    Another (possibly stupid!) question

I only assumed it was as there are 5 wires going to it? I've also noticed that the bars at the top of the display seem to rise and fall depending on pedalling effort, but not sure if that's normal or not

    Another (possibly stupid!) question

As a matter of interest, do you know what controllers As a matter of interest, do you know what controllers would work with a torque sensor, to save having to swap that over?

    Another (possibly stupid!) question

Wish they'd just kept them as they were!

    Another (possibly stupid!) question

I just poked my endoscope right up the tube (sounds painful), and followed the wire right up, but could see no sign of any connector, unless it's much nearer to the controller

    Another (possibly stupid!) question

Yes, I'll give it a go (the wires don't seem that willing to pull out a bit, but I'll give it a go!0

    Another (possibly stupid!) question

Yes, so I understand- but there look like 5 wires going into the controller?

Ideas for comfortable (+ reasonably priced!) saddle

    Another (possibly stupid!) question

Does anyone out there know where the PAS sensor lives on an Oxygen S Cross MTB MkII (latest version of) Basically need to know how many wires there are going to it? The controller seems to have 5 PAS wires, so I just wanted to check whether they all go to the sensor (if I could only find it!)...

Ideas for comfortable (+ reasonably priced!) saddle

Hi, can anyone recommend a comfortable saddle? I've just bought an Oxygen S-Cross MTB MkII, and find the saddle feels pretty hard, especially after a few miles. I'd like to find something which I can ride for several miles, and still be able to walk afterwards! I'm 6'1"ish in height, and around...

    Oxygen S-Cross Derestriction

They've changed the LCD display as well, and I have to say, I prefer the look of the old one!

    Oxygen S-Cross Derestriction

I'm actually more interested in putting a throttle on it, although the ability to go a tad faster on occasion would be handy, but not a deal breaker

    Oxygen S-Cross Derestriction

Thanks, I'll look at their site.
