Are good times just around the corner? It seems they may be!

I would like to admit of my own free will that when I said "I wish they would make it compulsory"...that I was wrong! I made an off the cuff remarked based on no more data than me thinking, if I happen to fall off and bang my head, I'd rather be wearing a helmet than not wearing one. That was...

Are good times just around the corner? It seems they may be!

I hear you Flecc, there are exceptions to every rule and I'm happy to hear that you have had 70 years of incident free driving and biking.....but .....I'm sure you can also agree that IF (and the whole argument hangs on this "if") you fall off your bike you are better to be wearing a helmet...

Are good times just around the corner? It seems they may be!

Okay, I hear all your points, and maybe the phrase "I wish" is a little strong! If I had a wish I certainly wouldn't waste it on legislating bicycle helmets. When I say I think of helmets like I think of seat belts I mean that although I wear a seat belt every time I get in my car I hope never...

Are good times just around the corner? It seems they may be!

I wear a helmet every time I get on my bike, I place doing this in the same category as wearing a seatbelt in a car. I'm glad they're bringing in legislation but my mind boggles at the amount of people I see commuting on bikes every day not wearing a helmet! Not to mention wearing all dark...

eBikes Banned in New York City

The counter argument to this has always been the Rolls Royce, the most silent car there is and yet nobody has ever claimed they should be louder.

    Cycling in the Rain!!!

I left work at about 1pm yesterday as the local council said they were planning to close all three bridges. It was a little windy but nothing dangerous at that time. I cycled back in this morning through a decently heavy rain shower which was my first chance to properly test this...

Review Woosh Rio MTB Review/Initial Impressions

Hi Tony, so a bag of M5 and M6 nuts arrived today, the M5 is too small and the M6 is too big! :( Did you have to push the M5 in a bit before it caught the threads? Its a weird kind of hole cause its threaded right from the opening but I can easily just push the M5 in about 4 or 5 mm before...
