That's a good tip Nev :) No TBH I don't mind the little cutie too much, she's a thorn in the side of us lot so she can't be all bad. Anyone ever noticed how she colour co-ordinates the strap on her smart watch to match her clothes...the bird has style, or maybe she's colour blind and can't...

Advice on touching cardboard has always been odd, it was said at first letters & other mail is ok to touch but covid stays on cardboard longer but it's never been explained why as both are made of wood fibre after all. I just put on rubber gloves when touching anything grubby but then I always...

The covid on salads thing has been kicking around since the very beginning of the outbreak but the thing is it's multifactorial (gotta love that word) there's many other things that surround the production of fresh foods that could lead to contamination. Take packaging for example how many times...

No....we're talking about exactly the same thing, covid the difference is you have a preconceived view of what's happening in the world and are applying sections of it to support you distorted view cut & paste style. I don't have a problem with that as it's incorrect anyway so matters not only...

If the local council would hurry up with my allotment request I'd have 6 months fresh supply of that too, I'm envious of the locals who keep telling me they're having a great time digging up their autumn produce & keeping fit at the same time

We are both talking about the same thing but applying a different logic and therefore a different understanding as to cause & effect. Here's an example of what I'm on about, I've mention Portsmouth many times as it's the nearest big city to me and I have many friends and relatives living there...

They should put it in a spacecraft and launch it out there, when the aliens get hold of it they'll realise it's a waste of time coming here and go looking for intelligent life elsewhere.

Ah...you're not seeing the whole picture though vfr. Trump's whole purpose of packing people in to his rallies is to infect as many as he can with covid by way of punishment for not putting him miles ahead in the polls, he's been let down badly poor sod, they did the same with Hitler he was let...

There's a very obvious reason why some areas have low infection rates flecc, density of population and clusters of people. For example: Southampton covid infection rate - 72.9 per 100k. Isle of Wight infection rate - 24.7 per 100k. Check on a map how much larger the IOW is compared to S/Hampton...
