Who is this "Normal free thinking person" you have in mind?"
Clearly an idiot :D
Or was he one of the casualties of your Government's failed policies?

UK coronavirus: 367 people die within 24 hours, highest since end of May
He's found his reading glasses. They had slipped down the side of his armchair.

See if this helps: Roughly 12,000 people died in the UK every week in January before covid came. The last 2 weeks, it's been around 10,000, so you're a lot less likely to die now than you were before covid. No need to worry. Relax, have a cup of tea and have a read of your Guardian, but don't take what you read literally because it'll only give you nightmares. Remember, it's not real, it's fiction.

You are guilty of one of the finding of the report, people trying to pass of the very real Jew Hate as merely being criticism of Israel
Strange that there was never a word about Labour's so called anti-semitism until the party rightly refused to accept the whole UN definition of anti-semitism which included criticism of Israel as anti-semitism. They accepted the rest.

When that happened all the false accusations began, and when much later Jeremy Corbyn also refused to change Labour's objection to the UN definition, the attacks on him began. Until then the Tories had only accused him of being a communist, Marxist or Trotskyite. It was clearly a case of anything we can attack him and Labour on will do.

Let's get a few things straight:

Following WW2 and the atrocities of the right wing Nazis, Jewish people here only ever voted left wing Labour and were crucial in getting the Attlee government elected. As a result, ever since all Labour's leading figures have assiduously courted the Jewish vote, and that includes Jeremy Corbyn and Ken Livingstone. Just look at Labour's ministers and shadow ministers over the years to see how many were Jews, appointed by Labour leaders. That's a very strange way to be anti-Jewish.

Anti-semitism and anti-Jewishness are not racism, since, as the Jews themselves acknowledge, the Jews are not a race, they are part of many peoples.

Anti-semitism is and always has been an invalid expression when used to describe any form of anti-Jewishness, since there are many other Semitic peoples, the Arabs for example and even some Christian sects.

So being anti-Jewish cannot be of itself racist or Anti-semitic and those who make such accusations clearly don't know what they are talking about.

Good post flecc, I do almost exactly the same thing myself. Thanks for you resilience in doing your bit to control the virus, I wish everyone would have the same approach.
..the only additional thing you might do is do it at 3:00am , when there is nobody about.

Actually I do take my refuse bag out very late evening when no-one is about. That's because as the one retired resident I keep our bin room in good order and have long provided a bag lined separate kitchen-type small bin for small or loose items to help keep the wheelie bins clean and hygenic.

So I take my refuse bag out late, ready for the morning collection, adding whatever is in the small bin to my black bag before closing it. It's the only one out of the nine bin rooms that has been praised by the Management Company, the Council and the Refuse Contractor for how well it is maintained.

Ding dong Corbyn’s as good as gone. Suspended and the whip withdrawn.

At least Starmer takes the issue seriously even if certain people here would rather respond by inviting people to look the other way.
and around 14 more of these racists to follow,

Reacting to Corbyn’s suspension, the original complainants to the ECHR, the Campaign Against Antisemitism notes Corbyn was only “part of the problem” and has therefore submitted complaints against a number of other Corbyn-aligned figures in the party on the grounds that each of the accused breached the Party’s Conditions of Membership

all of course the usual suspects,

The 14 sitting MPs named are:
  • Diane Abbott
  • Tahir Ali
  • Mike Amesbury
  • Apsana Begum
  • Richard Burgon
  • Barry Gardiner
  • Kate Hollern
  • Afzal Khan
  • Rebecca Long Bailey
  • Angela Rayner
  • Steve Reed
  • Lloyd Russell-Moyle
  • Barry Sheerman
  • Zarah Sultana

Covid's almost killing as many as cancer (450 a day) again. accusing others of believing what they read and having nightmares is - so - ironic. Brings to mind Freud's joke about two Jews meeting in vicinity of a bathhouse. "Have you taken a bath?" one asked. "no, why is there one missing?" replied other. Were not all stealing baths.

A very nasty bunch of supporters of envy politics, Jew Hate and anti-success. This scum’s comeuppance is long overdue. May we never see or here from the likes of them again. Well done EHRC.

You too are guilty, almost exactly to the letter, of the EHRC’s findings. Labour is a nasty racist organisation. Starmer accepts this, so I have confidence that he will fix it and give us a credible alternative to the Tories.

I think you should get on both knees for the Islamophobia and xenophobia of the tories (and apologising for getting on a very dirty duplicitous soap box) while saying that
You see, there you are again, just like OG. Honestly, it’s like an infant being caught doing something naughty in the playground. Confronted, the infant immediately says, “well little Johnny has been doing..........” Grow up!

Not quite. I'm not saying your naughty. I'm saying get off the soapbox. I'm not the one that's on one. Being naughty isnt the issue (I quite fancy the idea of nicola without knickers, and dont have a problem telling the teacher so)
