I think you're spoiled for choice! You could help narrow it down by giving a budget. "Full assist" is the difficulty - I take it you mean "full speed throttle"? Do you live anywhere near a specialist where you can go, sit on and test ride to see how a bike feels?

A new chainset and chain is £35 and you can order over the phone. You may need to remove the chain cover if you have one. It's quite an easy change and any bike shop could help if needed.
