    Bosch bearings

pehaps Col could ask his dealers how many would arrange repairs if a bike is out of warranty etc? I can actually appreciate why dealers would not want to do this based on issues to do with poor communication, lack of spares, lead-time to simply processing a fault prior to possible resolution...

    Bosch bearings

I understand (plenty of experience) about the warranty side and payment blah but I am aware a few questions have been asked over time on this forum attempting to get the answer to that simple question of whether dealers would arrange to get non warranty issues (Bosch) fixed but responses always...

    Bosch bearings

So , being specific, am i right that you (Col) agree that it is reasonable to expect dealers of KTM pedelecs to arrange that a KTM pedelec is fixed (Bosch motor for example) outside the warranty period?

    Bosch bearings

But what if the bike is out of warranty Col? What then? You say take it back to the dealer...? What if dealer only says they only sort things out if under warranty? What if the dealer is far away? What if you want a quote? How do you get stuff like Bosch fixed if there is no warranty left...

    Bosch bearings

Mine was an issue moving at all rather than having some play. Perhaps the brand sellers would be able to answer better rather than dealers? Ie KTM perhaps could clarify what is / isn't covered... Col anywhere? Also I would like to ask somebody like Col what would a buyer have to do to get a...

    Bosch bearings

What do you mean by bottom bracket (sorry being thick) ..? get confused when you say it is part of motor but then possibly covered under warranty. Had to get my motor sent back and that took over a month because they did not have a spare motor at all in stock for warranty issues.....

    Great Customer Service From Woosh

I disagree that any publicity is good publicity for companies. Sometimes I am sure some things go unsaid on forums by people simply to avoid the inevitable and numerous opinions by allsorts on the topic. Ther is negative press after all.

    Recommended Online e-bike Dealers

I am absolutelysure that no other retailer could surpass the after sales / customer service of electrifyingcycles. They actually drove all the way from Cromer to Anglesey and back to deliver my KTM bike! I think I must have been one of their first online KTM customers for them to do this...

    Woosh - more dreadful service

my bike has been sent by paisley freight and then they pass it onto TNT.. No problems with them at all although it seems you cannot leave messages with PAisley freight to say where parcel is located etc etc....

    Woosh - more dreadful service

I also think DPD are very good.. Quite new on the scene?? The tracking is a bit like stalking the poor guy but they are reliable. So are TNT although no tracking from a source company but TNT always pleasant and helpful on phone. Another good one for this area is Grand prix express... BUT...

    Woosh - more dreadful service

It can be really annoying how couriers work but we know that already don't we? I have just missed a pick-up but it wasn't the shop's fault or indeed the parcel person's fault. I think the communications with different couriers / agencies is an issue which could be improved but they are all now...
