you're just not using good enough spokes. Get some DT or Sapim double butted and you can then if your spokes break its the rim, hub or wheel buiders fault.. not the spoke.

What brand of spoke are you using? They are not all created equally.

That is pretty small fry for a bicycle brand. KTM is not a big bicycle brand and we'd build that many bikes in just over 30 days.

the problem with eBikes is there is more demand than there is supply, so you won't find many discounted until the brands can start making enough to over supply.
