Two hub conversions side by side comparison....

Square wave and sine wave controllers share the same housing, the internals are different.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

There we have the problem of the English, they love nannies, especially if they are the state. The role of the state is to protect those who need protecting, end of mandate. IMHO protecting multinational companies from income tax is slightly overstepping that mandate, multinational companies...

In that document it says there are 4 different spring strengths. I am guessing you weigh less than 70 kg so you may need the softest spring.

    If money was no object...

On the same note a guy in Brittany designed and built a 10 kg wood velomobile body with so-so aerodynamics for his trike and measured a 30% increase in speed. If you continue to ride at the same speed as without that would also translate to about 30% more range.

Does your car have titanium leaf springs and a 19 speed gearbox? I bet it would cost a lot more if it did.

    Large Single Front Crank

With my 104 BCD spider the middle ring has a larger inner diameter so the big ring will not fit... It could be filed down to fit I guess.

    If money was no object...

If money was no object, this is a 7150 € trike: 36 V Q100H - 19 speed pinion on the front and single speed SA freewheel in the back with 48 V battery big enough for 200+ km rides. Or a Bafang Max drive in the front on a custom welded boom with a Rohloff in the rear wheel... Or both versions...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

You have a typo, the US favours large businesses to the detriment of small ones. That is what Wall street is all about. Large businesses create less jobs than small ones and are much better at evading corporate taxation, why would you need more of those in the UK? http://www.erionet.org/ But...

Axle on BPM front too thick for dropouts

They work on stainless? I looked at the ones in my cheap Dremel clone kit and thought they might be OK for aluminum but didn't dare try on stainless.

New stronger and lighter Bafang Max motor

My version of EN15194 says: "This European Standard specifies requirements and test methods for engine power management systems, electrical circuits including the charging system for the assessment of the design and assembly of electrically power assisted cycles and sub-assemblies for systems...

    Shifter for twist throttle

I think you may have to get a 7 speed shifter and set it so that it doesn't go beyond 6 gears?

    B'TWIN ORIGINAL 700 36V ELECTRIC BIKE

You will have to upgrade the tyres on the Decathlon bike probably. I have seen a couple in the store with Continental tyres mounted however. The whole 9 yards is the best bet: Schwalbe rim tape, tubes and tyres because I have had trouble with bad Decathlon rim tape... Brakes: grab a hydraulic...

    Cycle or die?

I had to push up two hills (ramps) that looked to be about 15%. Only a short distance but 26:30 wasn't low enough. And the Marathon Racer on the rear wasn't able to get traction on the one with gravel surface. I think I might ride analogic for a while so will fit an 11-34 cassette (the rear mech...

    Cycle or die?

I ride 40km on an unpowered bike for the first time in about 30 years the day before yesterday and surprised to have no real pain.

    I'm bent!

I think it depends on where you are. A flag is no use in town here, it is invisible. On the road you are seen and boy do drivers leave a lot of room! Tried the Airzound and it is too loud for cycle paths, maybe the Hornit... Hills Tried those. 26:30 not low enough for the Basque Country...
