    Bosch powerpack replacement

Will Bosch ever be taken to court like Epson was for preventing its printers from working with third party cartridges? It is a blatantly obvious case of locking people in then milking them when they have to replace a battery. Another good reason for building your own bike. Do it while you can...

    Which battery do I get?

Those are 8.25 Amp discharge cells so if you have a 48v motor with a 20 A controller you are over stressing them, I am not surprised you get that range.

    Which battery do I get?

Well then that is false advertising and there are laws against that! GA cells have a nominative 3350 mAh capacity from the manufacturer. You may get some more in real life then again you may get a little less...

    Which battery do I get?

    How do you get 17.5 Ah from a GA? 5P = 16.75 and 6P = 20.1... 5 x 10 A = 50 A discharge 6 x 10 A = 60 A discharge The 30Q batteries are more honest in their description and 4P also delivers 60 A discharge. That is why I put them in first place.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Boris wants a road tunnel. Will work with electric cars as long as there are no lithium battery fires! Too long to evacuate petrol fumes without a chimney or two and they risk being run into by ships... So no lorries, that is why the current tunnel works the way it does.

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Seriously when you pick an orange each day between when it is picked and when it is eaten/juiced a percentage of vitamin C is lost. SA will have to pick green so that the fruit survives the trip in container, why do you think the best Florida orange juice with the most vitamin C is the stuff...

Your theoretical top speed will be 42.36 km/h http://www.bikecalc.com/speed_at_cadence At over 25 km/h you are going to need to fight air resistance and that is where the motor comes in... bbso1 250w max speed change?

You should be able to get 45 km/h (28 mph) from a 36v BBS01, I can from the GSM. The secret is using the right gears and spinning at 80 rpm - 700C x 38 tyre at 80 rpm gives 44 km/h using 46:11 ratio. I have 700C 2" Big Ben tyres 42:11 and spin at about 90 rpm...

    Brexit, for once some facts.

Which would mean that I, as a father, couldn't hug one of my sons in public? Such a law in Spain would have 99.9% of the population in jail! That is one of the disturbing aspects about your "Englishness" the lack of physical contact and your need for a magic protective wall - no brushing with...
