HL pack on left can take 65 cells

It's a 48v pack so will work just fine with any legal kit. The reason it's cheap are unbranded cells firstly. Generally branded perform batter and last longer. Also that looks like a HL Xl pack not a standard size. So maybe they are using much cheaper, lower ah cells..... And using more of...

There is a" registered" address in the t and c on the page. Hurrecane: Hurrecane Limited (registered in England and Wales with company number 11615432 with registered office address at 1st Floor 2 Woodberry Grove, Finchley, London, England, N12 0DR. But it doesn't match the CH registered...
