Do you have a link to the battery you have? Continuous discharge rate is controlled by the BMS, nothing to do with the cell capacity. 2500mAh would suggests Chinese cells, so if you are running a BBSHD they are working pretty hard, which may explain your problem.

Unfortunately, if cells fall below around 2.5v for any period of time they generally suffer irreversible damage. If the voltage was a little higher, say 2v, I would suggest gentle charging each group manually with a mobile phone charger, but this could be hazardous in your case. A real shame as...

These screws are often extremely tight to undo and need a vice and an impact driver to loosen them. From memory, they are Phillips 3 size.
