Voilamart hub 1000w controller upgrade advise?

it's all about amps not watts when matching controllers and batteries. You can only fit a higher power controller if your battery is able to supply the max. amp rating of it. If your controller has died, it's got nothing to do with your battery, unless some kind of short curcuit has occured...

    my poor introduction to pedelecs

I don't think you are alone in being angered by the mention of Halfrauds, but as Gringo pointed out to you, the service you get varies wildly from branch to branch. You are right to think that buying from a local shop is prob. the best route as far as after sales service goes, but choice is...

Help! Hi all, just bought a 'broken' ebike. Some help needed. Falcoln Turbine.

No, those voltages look fine, have you tried connecting your charger? It might wake up the BMS. If you haven't already, check the battery fuse.

    ERider moped Help

Hey billy, there's something VERY important that I don't think has been mentioned about your new battery. When it arrives, hopefully with the right sockets on it to fit your bike and charger, you MUST check they are wired up to match the same pins and the +/- are the right way round BEFORE you...

    More watts

You are pretty much on the limit of your BMS cut off limit then. It's always worth having a little buffer below the max. limit of components. Some battery builders/sellers fit various BMS's to the same pack, so your pack maybe able to supply more, but pushing the cells too hard will shorten...

    Hello

You should feel a power difference between 1 and 3, but you will have to wait for your cable to view the settings properly. Some sellers power down these drives, so they often need a tweek to get the best out of them. When you've got your cable start a post titled something like "Bafang BBS01...

    Hello

Ok, had to look that up, it's user defined values, but not sure how it applies to the PAS. Looks like it maybe gives you 6 levels of pedal assist? 3 levels should give you 33, 66 and 100% power in the PAS as standard, but these values can be changed with your programming cable. 5 will give you a...
