I picked up a set of these for summer rides

i think the lack of normal looking spd shoes is shocking tbh not much to look at at all.

we need ebike shoes pmsl nike air ti with clips will do

I don't mind the look of the 5/10's or the shimano am5's.
There are a few skate style shoes out there.
The biggest problem is that they have to have very stiff soles to be able to release the bindings, this is why they are like clown shoes to walk in. If you had a soft sole to walk in they wouldn't release well, leading to car park wobble and topple

What's the difference between xt and xc (as I have xc and they look very similar to xt!!)...

XT is normally associated with shimano deore brand, XC is normally associated with the cross country style of riding.

right got the shoes today but there are no holes as it is covered with rubber?

do i have to remove this or got the wrong ones ?

Just make sure you have then on the right way round.
Just to let you know.. it sort of hurts when you fall over cos you can't unclip

i got the dot on the right so 15 degree release other way round is 20.

One further thing for you to check, is to fit the pedals to the bike, clip in whilst balancing against something, and pedal backwards to make sure that you have adequate clearance between your shoes/leg against the pedal crank. It will save potentially rubbing the finish from the pedal cranks.

not going to try them till i get my new cranks as will just use them on those but site says in stock but there not and on back order and got to ring next week now pff.

do you use locktight on the shoe bolts ?
