am only after vfr's vote.
I never vote. I always put an X in all the boxes (to stop anyone adding one), then I write across the slip an n more than this: "I wouldn't vote for any of those wakers". I made one exception, but I realised it was a mistake and I now regret that vote.

It's a shame that votes are not live, so you can change your mind at any time and the new vote counts. That would stop politicians telling lies or doing other bad things because the moment they did anything to upset their voters without a clear justification, they'd find themselves in the dole queue. It would really hold them to account and would stop them from making daft promises in the first place.

Have you noticed that you don't get any comments, any retweets nor any likes from any of your recent tweets or replies, not even from any of your 14 followers. I have more followers than that, and I've never tweeted anything!
As usual you are wrong, but do you know something?
I really don't care, after all
The sort you seem to mix with are like flies, follow any old S***t
By the way why don't you start a thread
Trump and Biden nonsense for dummies, I shall be delighted to support the thread ratings by coming on with Brexit related facts.
Remember this thread has has the most ever hits of any on this forum., because it is of a subject that actually matters to people.
Not the Garbage and irrelevant off topic nonsense you try to disrupt the thread with.
For some reason Brexit really gets up your nose, isn't the pound shop fourth Reich turning out to your satisfaction?;)

Unexpectedly bizarre things happening:

Attempted hijacking of oil tanker reported off Isle of Wight
‘Ongoing incident’ reported to have taken place onboard vessel south of Sandown

Possibly interesting that there was a major emergency exercise off Milford Haven the other day.

Nicely truncated... Can you not see it was a register of the tricks being used by the GoP to limit voter registration in Democratic wards . Does the concept Gerrymandering mean nothing to you?.
I haven't a clue what your saying, but in case you don't know, Biden is not GOP. GOP stands for Grand Old Party, which is the Republicans. And in case you don't know, it's Biden in the video.

Can we put you down as a "don't know" then?

With crude oil so cheap and plentiful now I can't imagine they are trying to steal it.

With so many airliners grounded maybe it's a modern "Sail me to Cuba" variation.

And Cuba is short of oil with Trump in office.

Perhaps I must revise my opinion , and you really are thick. So using bullet points.
1. The GoP has engaged in voter suppression for a number of years . ..and YES GoP is the RED one, the Elephants.
2. The Democrats ..the BLUE one or Donkeys , don't like that.
3. The Democrats are making a systematic register of All these illegal / marginally legal sharp practices in order to call them out.
4. The Democrats do not need to use these methods because there are a MAJORITY of Democrats. So outlawing them or shaming them is a good strategy .
Is that clear?

Pardon me, but wasn't it the dems that ordered the uncontrolled mail-in voting that's open to voter fraud.

It's all relative. Of course virtually none in this country are starving, but what Rashford and co. are speaking of is children suddenly transitioned from a regular daily lunch to nowt. Some of them do have parents who genuinely cannot give them money to buy food, those people affected by covid in being down to 65% of normal income or less for example. That often doesn't even cover their bills which is why they are sliding into ever deeper debt and using food banks.

In a nutshell it's not the kids you see stuffing their overfed faces, it's the others, the minority you don't see who do need the support to avoid them having a day long empty stomach for anything from a week to six weeks during school holidays. That's very unhealthy in a developing youngster and can lead to an impaired health future.
.
Once again though flecc this is yet another thing that anyone who has a view needs to get out there and see for themselves. How much of his £200.000 pw salary is Marcus Rashford donating to his cause ? £10 million a year, how many millions of that has he handed over to help these so-called starving kids ? It's this Gov place to sort the parents out not us. I know dozens (literally) of families who thanks to covid have found themselves on a reduced income, non are going without because there's things you can do. I've been there myself so I know what it's like to have nothing and shaking a tin under the Government's nose is definitely not the way forward, don't believe all what you see online and on tv flecc it's not till you get out there and witness it for yourself that you get the true picture.

Just been listening to some data that might upset the Twitterati.

Only 20% of Americans go into Twitter. Only around 10% of them post around 80% of the comments.

The conclusion was that it represents only around 3% of American opinion.

I doubt it's any better anywhere else in the world.

Can't criticise though. On the same basis I hate to think how many 0s follow the decimal point before a positive number appears to represent the proportion of UK opinion in this thread.

I half agree. But the irony of a trump supporter complaining about daft promises is a bit much, even for this thread.

Irrelevant, he couldn't solve the whole national problem personally and if he could wouldn't need to campaign.

It's this Gov place to sort the parents out not us.
It's long been this government's policy for charity to take the strain. That is what Cameron's Big Society meant, the government can't do everything

I know dozens (literally) of families who thanks to covid have found themselves on a reduced income, non are going without because there's things you can do.
So you know the lucky ones.

I've been there myself so I know what it's like to have nothing
Ditto.

That's an arrogant assumption, you have no idea how wrong you are on this. You see the picture you portray on this subject, and you are right that exists too and is the majority of the issue. Unfortunately you assume that rules out the opposite situation, which it emphatically does not. There really are people in this country who cannot afford food and go short to avoid their overall situation getting even worse.

I was reading recently that the view from the EU Brexit negotiators was that Boris was unlikely to make up his mind re deal or no deal until he knew who won the US election. If Biden won then Boris would be fairly desperate to get some kind of deal, but if Trump won then he would not be that bothered, this seems to make sense, any thoughts?
