Basically it's no change, apart from the uses of:

"as much as possible"

"if you can"

"where possible"

and "limiting"

in place of "you must".

Or put another way, carry on doing your own thing but this time we won't fine you.
.
Seems like Wales and Scotland aren't as short of lerts as England.
In Scotland we will carry on with what our First Minister has said all along,
"Ye've been telt, stey in the f**kin' hoose."

Anyone following the USA politics. Every day, more documents are being released. It's now proven that Flynn didn't do anything wrong (that he was accused of or investigated for)and they never had or found a shred of evidence against him. Also, not only has it been proven that the Russian dossier was completely fake, but they all knew about it, including Mueller, who carried on the investigation for two years after he knew that it was fake. The FBI used the dossier as evidence to get FISA warrants too, knowing that it was fake.

In the last few days documentary evidence has been released that commentators are saying show that Obama and Biden were aware of the fakery and possibly involved.

#obamagate is now trending on Twitter.

This story gets more interesting every day, and the word "treason" seems to be mentioned more and more. I think that's the only thing they can get Schiff on because he has immunity from all other charges because of his position, which is why he was the key facilitator in the scam.

Anybody that denies what happened now is going to look very silly when it's all played out. The press seem to have gone very quiet, especially as people are saying that they they weren't just negligent and biased, but they're actually involved in the scandal.

In a nutshell, this is how it's being unravelled, Obama/Biden/Clinton spied on the Trump campaign and got found out by Flynn. They didn't expect Trump to get elected, so thought that they would get away with it being in charge of all the investigating agencies. When trump got elected, they knew Flynn was going to tell him, so they hatched a plot to discredit him. That wasn't enough because Trump was onto them, so they had to pull out all the stops to unseat him before the truth came out and they were held to account. None of it worked because like many criminals, in their arrogance they made stupid mistakes. Having a frame of reference of crookedness from themselves, they thought that if they looked hard enough, they would find evidence of crookedness on Trump's side, but they couldn't find any because it didn't exist.

Judgement day is coming for the crooks.

None of this is of any consequence, the US still has an orange moron as it's president.

Wouldn't zero make more sense for No Transmission?
that would - but that would make the government look bad.

If I were asked to explain R: take the number of new cases this week and divide it by the number of cases last week.
That will demystify R and show us how useless our ministers are.

example:
27-Apr to 03-May: 29420 new cases
04-May to 10-May: 32584 new cases
R: 1.1
and they want football!
Spiegelhalter on Marr's show this morning: risk of dying of COVID increases with your age, it doubles every 7 years.

This seems to be the lockdown exit plan as far as sports are concerned. I was sent this earlier this afternoon from a reliable source.
I don’t think you can do this via calendar dates, surely it has to be dictated by the progression of the virus.

Phase 1 : 18th May

Phase 2 : 8th June

Phase 4 : 20th July

England is to "Stay alert", whatever that means. The UK government tells us it wants a four nation approach to dealing with Covid 19.
So how come the devolved administrations weren't consulted about the change of message? Nicola Sturgeon has said that the first she knew of the change was on reading the Sunday papers.
What a way to run a Union, the arrogance, ineptitude, and sheer incompetence of the Westminster government is beyond belief.

Phase one is already in operation in London. If you saw Andrew Marr's program on TV this morning or if you view it again, you'll see Londoners in Hackney currently engaging in such sports, including close contact football.

Yesterday we went to a garden centre.

They are supposed to be opening tomorrow.

But they have actually been open since 1st May.

Quite clearly, people like garden centre operators are being told (somehow) that they can open. But their customers weren't.

Johnson appears to have given carte blanche for anyone in England to travel to their second homes, to the Brecon Beacons, etc. If you can travel to exercise, without limit, what else can it mean?

They must have and idea about how it's being spread if they're relaxing measures for general public - but for some reason they're not saying overtly, and what they aim to do to lessen it spreading in care homes & hospital environments.

What worried cabinet ministers today was the disclosure to them that the rate of transmission of Covid-19 is not properly under control in either hospitals or care homes.

In the community, R - the rate of transmission - is probably as low as 0.5/0.6, which means its savage progress through the population has been arrested.

But in the very places where the frail and sick are supposed to be shielded, too many people are still being newly infected.

Ministers were especially shocked to learn that some hospitals are really struggling to manage the rate of spread of illness.

That is why Dominic Raab announced today that for the UK as a whole, R has deteriorated a bit and is in the range of 0.5 to 0.9. And 0.9 is too close to 1 - the threshold for exponential growth in infection - for comfort.

This explains why the prime minister has said that restrictions on our basic freedoms, to see who we want and where and when we want, will be relaxed with great caution.

What he will announce on Sunday is a "roadmap" for progressive changes to the lockdown, with u-turns written into that roadmap, which would be triggered should the rate of infection surge again. His plan will be very technical, conditional and arduous.

We will get to see our nearest and dearest again (though only in small numbers), and work more away from home (at a proper two metre distance from co-workers) and shop for non-essentials, all in the coming weeks and months, so long as we continue to do our socially distancing best and the virus also behaves as it is supposed to do.

Maybe - but the Welsh program following is very critical. Clearly there is a gap.

If Johnson comes on television and speaks as if for the whole UK but by so doing absolutely contradicts what non-England is doing, you really have to wonder what they are doing.

They have been discussing the likelihood of people in England driving to Wales for exercise - and clearly saying the police are expected to turn them back. Adam Price (PC) was his usual self - clear and to the point.

I have just heard that Johnson’s address this evening is a pre recorded speech. I wonder if that’s because he’s too ill to do it in one take?

I think this clown is far from recovered and in sufficiently good health to discharge the duties of PM.

My niece tells me some terrifying stories of how this virus can adversely affect you, seemingly randomly. A 35 year old nurse at her hospital contracted it six weeks ago, triathlete and in good health. She’s now using a Zimmer frame to get about. She’s chronically fatigued, and absolutely no stamina to walk more than a few steps without becoming exhausted. It seems like if you are unfortunate to have a certain make up, you are ******, regardless of previous health.
I just watched Boris's broadcast, nothing medically wrong at all
Going on what he didn't say, we the elderly are free as a bird from Wednesday to go where we like and do what we like.
What a nice man!
How amusing that he forget we still exist, perhaps the idea is we are all dead and gone already?
Hence my tweet

Due to a memory lapse that they exist, people Boris previously suggested need to be specially screened and protected because of age are now free as a bird from Wednesday to do a "Farage" if the fancy strikes them as he forgot to prohibit them doing so. What an idiot

Obviously a lot of practice in front of the wardrobe mirror to get the actions and expressions right.
He told us he was the Prime Minister of the UK then proceeded to talk exclusively about England. I can see now how we are better together.

Which is pretty much what has happened throughout.

The gov.uk websites are similarly fixated on England to the near-absolute exclusion of anywhere else.

And still no sign-language. Which at least Wales and Scotland have provided throughout.
